I'm busy reading (as I type) Leigh Butler's WoT Re-read, and have therefore adopted feminine mannerisms apparently, also a fetish for parenthesise, (parenthesise rock motherfuckers!)

What do you think of “Inanna's Breath” named for the Sumerian goddess of getting laid and superviolence?

Also, minor gender related question; Heather Sinclair is a guy right?

No, Harry would've died on the spot had that spell reached him, as it was the Killing Curse and he was about to take a faceful of it before Dumbledore animated the statues. The only - and I mean only - reasons Harry survived eating that Killing Curse in the forest at the end of DH was that (a) he stepped out willingly, and Voldemort's curse killed not Harry but the pseudo-Horcrux in Harry's scar (what I like to call his Scarcrux) and (b) Harry was already the master of the Elder Wand, and that wand did not kill its master, or rather it "eased up" on the Killing Curse, according to JKR.

The whole "Harry's wand had to be broken to break the Harry/Voldemort connection" is a nice metaphor, etc., but that's all it is - there's no canon evidence that breaking the holly wand did anything other than fulfill JKR's use of that literary axiom of Vonnegut and others: "Kill your darlings" and "Make awful things happen to [your characters] to see what they're made of."

And yes, if Harry had still had an unbroken holly wand at the end of DH, he'd have beat Voldemort just the same, because he was master of the Elder Wand. That's the reason, pure and simple. Ot at least, as simple as a deus ex machina can be.

Knock yourself out. You might want to check out the DLP Grimoire for hints about naming a spell, etc. Don't use any Pig Latin or just spell a regular word backwards or any of that lazy and retarded shit. And if you want to be extra creative, use something besides Latin - maybe Greek or Arabic, etc.

OOooooo Scarcrux, me likey! I always called it Scar Horcrux (forever capitalised) but Scarcrux is new to me… and totally stolen from now on!

“Eased up" on the Killing Curse … Actually, even though I’d bet serious money this “Fact” has a canon basis, I’d like to sort of refute it, in that Dumbledore was clearly banking of Harry’s death. (I’ll be more verbose about this claim if I must, and if a bunch of people claim it's not obvious already.)

Anyway, you're saying “Inanna's Breath” is stupid?

I’d probably forgo a proper name entirely. Golden fire is pretty good by itself. Something like, ‘Harry slashed his wand through the air and conjured a roaring beam of golden fire, flames hot enough to cremate bone and reduce flesh to ash.’

Alexeyy; I was all set up to mock you, but then realised you were the guy who forced me to become a DLP poster back in August last year...
...Erm, yeah. So with "Props" and much Respect, I'll link you to Inanna.

Aren't "cremate" and "reduce to ash" the same thing? Maybe just go with "cremate flesh and bone."

Your disapproval wounds me in a way I find incapable of expressing using words alone… unless “pussy” was an offer?

I’m not above tongue-ing down a juicy fangirl over here

So the pot calleth the kettle black. You write fanfiction of fanfiction, you're like the biggest fangirl ever.

Not everybody's perfect. But I am. I'm perferct. I don't even need to hide behind polyjuice to teach this wet behind the ears newbie the good old loving.

Oh, I'm so gonna regret this come morning.

You expect me to write FanFiction of canon?

    I’ll pass thanks.

Yeah, and calling me a “wet behind the ears newbie” is just insulting. While I rarely post sober, but I’ve been Lurking since last August, and therefore DEMAND respect…

    Demand it!

And until you acknowledge my awesomeness I will not go down on your Polyjuiced clitoris, regardless of how you beg.

The more Lens of Sanity posts the more I get the urge to punch the next retard I see. I live quite close to a rehab center for kids. There's an adorable little fellow who walks around in a Barcelona shirt and has borderline fetish for mint ice cream.

Don't make me punch him. D:

Anyway, I got the answer to my question, so cheers to everyone who helped.

    All hail DLP
