Basically this. I'm redshell234, currently rolling level 22. Trying out Swain on free week, and he's fun as hell. There's just something awesome about walking into a group of enemies and transforming into a giant crow to eat someone's (or multiple someones) face.

 

I almost have enough IP to get Irelia who seems to be exactly up my alley in terms of tanky DPS. Her tenacity passive bonus seems really awesome and her ability to heal is great as well. I hear she may be getting nerfed soon since people complain about her being overpowered but I'll probably get her anyway. Even if she is nerfed she will still be fun. Alternatively, I could get Jax. I tried Jax out the other day and did pretty good but it was a bot game so it doesn't really count. He seems really strong and he did get majorly buffed in the last few patches. Any thoughts on Jax versus Irelia on who to buy?

 

Okay, its official - I hate Master Yi. Any tips to help take that guy down?

Quick question, but have you tried Gangplank yet? He's my favorite of the tanky dpsers atm, probably because I love his voice acting/lines. I would recommend Jax over Irelia because Jax has way better skins. Usefulness wise, they're both pretty damn solid.

Heres the thing though, if you think that you may buy the collector's edition||champion bundle I would suggest purchasing Irelia. Jax is in one of those bundles and it would be foolish to waste rp. I really really suggest folks to pick up on at least one of the bundles. They're actually reasonably priced (unlike the rest of the rp stuff).

He's usually built as glass cannon melee DPS with his survivability coming from lifesteal, so throw down a fear/stun/charm/knockup and blow him the fuck up while he can't hit you. Simples. Exhaust will ruin his damage. Blind is even better, but only Heimerdinger and Teemo have it.

If he builds AP then once you finish laughing just remember to save your CC to interrupt Meditate. Don't bother hitting him while he's healing because with a decent amount of AP he'll be able to completely ignore you and three of your friends all beating on him.

If he's a good Yi though you won't kill him. You can only hope to get him low enough that he presses R and runs away.

 

Or if you're just lazy and happen to have a tanky character, buy a thornmail.

Oh man, those support nerfs. I'm so sad Soraka can is virtually useless now besides being a moveable hp pot. (She can't poke/zone if she can't sustain.)

Sona, I'm sad about those nerfs too, but her gameplay removes basically unchanged, albeit slightly weaker.

So apparently, there is discussion on the LoL forums of Kayle getting ANOTHER remake. While I want to be hopeful, after her last remake I'm not too excited at this, but hell, at this point even going downwards is an improvement, she's very mediocre in every field, to the point that nobody will use her for ranked, but she isn't an obvious troll pick like Evelyn.

 

I hit random in Champ Select, and got Sona. Instead of hitting random again or picking another champ, I decided to go with it. Here's the results.

 

Sona is Bawse (Which is why they're nerfing her power levels early game)

 

Tried Jungle Yi again and went 4-10-7 but I got a bunch of turrets and inhibitors.

Today I learned that Nasus backwards is Susan. >.> And thornmail hurts like a bitch, even with bloodthirster.
