Doesn't really seem like anything too connected to the overall plot of Bleach so far. I hope the series at least ends with a strong finish. I can't imagine them being a match for the stronger shinigami though.

 

Pretty likely this arc's about the Quincy.

Would be cool, I guess. I like the concept of the Quincy and I hope that makes Ishida relevant again.

 

Some interesting things about the last arc that Kubo revealed in omakes. Can't wait to see the Royal Guard.

Okay, that actually sounds really awesome. Am psyched as hell now.

 

It sounds interesting, but there were several notes in there that really worried me for whats to come.

Considering that thing over his eye it would be safe to assume he's an Arrancar

 

Unless KT has managed to bring in another faction this late in the game, which is possible, i would assume it is.

 

At this point, I wouldn't be surprised if Ichigo turned out to be related to the Soul King or something. Or it turns out Ichigo is related to Uryu through Masaki.

I was kinda disappointed with last chapter, but damn, I am so psyched for this last arc!

On the Arrancar/thingy last chapter: We never really saw all of the arrancars Aizen made last arc, so perhaps someone took over Hueco Mundo with him chained up somewhere. But considering the Ice Palace thing, the demons of Hell could look really similar to Hollows. Or being eaten by a hollow transfers you to Hell, so then it would be a demon/hollow hybrid or something like the "Quincies from Hell" that knight504 talked about.

Either way, Hell just seems like a dead end. If you die there or one of the inhabitants kills you, it's all over. No coming back from that.

Hopefully shit gets real and we see a departure from the last arc and people get the respect/fear/awe they deserve.

For some reason, I get the feeling that the guy who approached Ichigo is from a different faction to the guys who dramatically declared war.

 

The necklace/pendant thing reminds me of Ishida's bow. Are all the hints about the Qunicy being the big bads a red herring?

 

No. Pretty much confirmed Quincies are the main enemies this arc.
