It really depends. Sasuke's eyes have surpassed Itachi's now. The Edo buffs may give Itachi all he needs though.

It depends on if the Eternal Mangekyou gives new abilities, if not my money is on Itachi winning. I have a feeling the EMS gives additional abilities considering Sasuke's new Susanoo.

 

I hope that Itachi will teach Sasuke a lesson that no matter how awesome eyes he gets, his older brother will always be better.

Of course, knowing the way the manga can be, Sasuke will Sharinhax Itachi into hitting himself after about two or three fake revelations :\

 

Itachi's Susanoo is some bullshit hax... A sword that seals anything away, and a shield that repels any attack. Of course, the way Sasuke's latest powerup is being hyped, nothing is certain. I really want to see Itachi beat some sense into Sasuke, but this manga has been known to kick reason to the curb (and not in the Kamina-esque way) far too often.

 

I don't fucking want to see any more Waaahsuke. Nagato was a hundred times better as a foil to Naruto. Sasuke is now the horrible villain that Orochimaru was. "I'm bad because! Mwahahahahaha!"

I want Tobi to rape his soul. Just ruin him. Ruin!

 

Lets be fair, at least Orochimaru had an amusing cackle. Sasuke only has... his angst. Wooo. He's maybe one third the villain Orochimaru was/is, which should tell you how sad it is that a pissant fourteen year old boy is going to be a villain.

 

Probably should mention Sugeitsu probably just found a wtf hax for the Edo Tensei or something, or he found a way to release everyone from the Edo and will give it to Sasuke, who will use it for redemption.

One of the many advantages of being a Villain Sue is that no matter how horrible your crimes, you'll always be easily forgiven. I'm willing to bet that, before the whole war-arc is over, Sasuke will have killed at least one of the people from his year, (my guess would be Kiba, Shino, Hinata, or Sakura) and yet by the end of the manga he'll still be completely forgiven by everyone.

 

I for one am looking forward to another epic Itachi/Sasuke showdown.

That fight has a lot of potential, more than Sasuke/Naruto at this point IMO.

Hopefully Itachi beats down Sasuke again. I wouldn't mind a redemption!Sasuke at this point (say, if Itachi wins and helps Sasuke change his ways). He has gone too far though and killed too many ninja to ever be pardoned by any of the great nations, but I would like to see him redeemed before he gets cut down by someone. Either way, I only see death in Sasuke's future.

The current I'mAngryBecause!Sasuke does nothing for me. Completely lame as a villain. New Susanoo with Amaterasu shooter is pretty cool though.

^I would read the shit out of a fic where all of Sasuke's burned bridges come back to bite him in the ass hard. Case13 did a fic kinda like that, and short as it is, it's one of my favorite Naruto fics of all time.

Personally, and as much as I know it won't happen, I think Sasuke needs to get taken care of really, really quickly. As it's been said, he's the single most useless villain the series has ever seen. He's got no concrete motivation, and the whole "revenge against the orchestrator of the Uchiha massacre" should have died with Danzo. He's a fountain of completely wasted potential as a good villain, and needs to be killed off.

Unfortunately, the odds of that happening are slim to none.
