Rugrats then. Rugrats had a sequel of All Grown Up if I remember correctly.

And possibly Scooby Doo. The internal chronology is somewhat suspect, but I'm fairly sure most made for television films, direct-to-dvd movies and several of the television shows are in the same continuity (there was a transition from fake monsters and the entire gang to a primary focus of just Scrappy, Scooby & Shaggy with real villains and monsters), with several others beside (Pup, What's New, Get a Clue, Mystery Incorporated)...

Y'all might be able to watch them if someone manages to post the video on another website. I don't know how well-protected the source is.

These eps were pretty damn good, yet nowhere near as good as ATLA at its best. The humor has evolved and mellowed out. It's still adequately funny, but has a very different feel.

In terms of personality, Korra seems to be a lot like Sokka, Toph, and post-invasion!Zuko all rolled into one. Already a great character in my book. Her 'are you fucking kidding me' expression is hilarious.

So, in review, even though Bolin's name is pronounced as the two separate words Boe and Lin (as in 'the Face of Boe' and 'Jeremy Lin'), rather than 'Bohlin' (as in 'hey let's go to the bowlin' alley'), I give the first episodes two big thumbs up.

Loved the episode, even though I had to sail the high seas be creative to watch it. I felt compelled to draw. So I did.

Anyway apparently spoiler tags are stupid and don't hide images because reasons.

What I took away from this episode, in drawn form (minor spoilers I guess?): Imgur link

How can the brothers be one Earthbender and the other Firebender?

Not sure on how genetics seem to work in relation to bending talent. There's a bunch of theories running around that conjecture if it's possibly related to something in the Spirit World, or just random chance. But then there's the fact that Firebenders didn't come out of anywhere other than the Fire Nation during ATLA, Earthbenders didn't pop up anywhere other than the Earth Kingdom, and so on, and so it's all pretty iffy without any official sayso on the matter.

My guess about Amon is that
He is the descendent of the cabbage merchant, and leads the anti-bender movement for what the Avatar did to his ancestor years ago.

They come from a 'multicultural family' - Source. At a guess, one of their parents was an Earthbender and the other a Firebender. One inherited from the mother, the other from the father.
