I may or may not actually check the thread again before the game ends, so:

I haven't really liked anything Klackerz put forward, even his softclaim was lame and a negative for town- it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out exactly what roles he's implying and I'm just not sure why he'd do that unless he has a strong scum read on you.

Instead, Klackerz just said "If he is a scum, town is in a bad position and that''s all you are getting from me for today."

Just...no. Do not want.

Ash flipped from "lololollookitmetrollin" to legitimately answering questions in a hurry.

I uh, had a slight Town read on Mishie but now I'm somewhere between null and actively thinking he's scum. Haven't liked much of anything he's put forward today.

Not sure what to make of Moridin, Sirion, Sesc, or KaiDASH right now. Lungs' readwall pushed him back toward neutral ground for me, since my issue with him was that he was posting a lot while actually saying little.

Given all that, it seems appropriate to Deadline Vote: Klackerz.

I apologize; I was out most of yesterday for university class registrations, and had to go out this morning as well. The day before that I've no excuse for, as my absence was mostly to see how the game was going and making analyses on my own time.

My schedule's been finalized so I should be able to play as promised before. Seratin, mishie, and CheddarTrek (off the top of my head) poked me over IRC, and apologies and thanks go to them for reminding me. People on IRC will probably point at me and say I'm a 'scummy lurker', to quote Mishie, but I really don't have any viable retort to that so I hope that my apologies will suffice.

Mishie: I don't believe he's scum. I'm not a very evidence-based, logical sort of player and rely more on intuition and looking at odd turns of phrase to identify scum tells. I don't have meticulous notes on hand about my reasoning, so I'll apologize for that (I seem to be doing a lot of that, don't I?). Still, Mishie seems to be very active and invested in this game, and discounting any meta-reads, it seems as if he does have a vested interest in forwarding a Town agenda. For now, I'm more inclined to believe that he's town. His earlier quote-un-quote 'derp' plan was reasonable, if risky, so the immediate retaliation for it didn't really sit well with me.

Ashaya: I'm not ashamed at having to resort to metareads for Ash, mainly because that's pretty much all she ever allows for other players to read off her. Whether by lack of content in posts, or a general trend of being more active in the game when things are more personally interesting for her, it's hard to get a lock on either Town!Ash and Scum!Ash. At the moment, she's in my neutral list, tending towards scum - trusting her in mafia games have caused a lot of trouble for other Towns more than a few times in the past.

Klackerz: Building on what I said in #275 , I'm comfortable with lynching him, and it seems prudent to get rid of as many uncertain factors as we can at this stage in the game. There's not much more I can say without parroting others regarding Klackerz, so I'm putting my Lynch vote for him. Sorry bro.

StrikerLee1: I really don't like him this game. I did keep up with the thread as best as I could from my mobile device, and he's not offered much in the way of constructive commentary at all (not that I have a leg to stand on, although I do feel that I've put more thought into my posts). If he isn't scum, then he's an unconvincing Town player.

I'll pop in and copy Lungs before Day ends by posting a read wall. Last day of vacation and all before the new term starts.

Due to the fact that there are no deadline lynches in this game, are people fine with me waiting another 4 hours to vote, simply to allow people more time to respong, because according to Moscone, there are 14 votes on Klackerz, so all it takes is 1 more vote to end day.

 

Sounds reasonable, just make sure you get the vote in before day end so we don't have a no-lynch.

 

Hm. Yeah, whatever. Time zones and stuff, there's bound to be someone willing to contribute something in next few hours. Me included! So, just don't hesitate. I'd be okay with someone else that has a vote on Lungs/Ashaya/Striker/Mishie staying around to slam the hammer down on Klackerz too, just in case. Since, y'know... relying on a very possible scum to avoid a potential scum!judge is kinda full of bad.

Not a whole lot I have left to say. Klackerz died for his derps, and probably dragged another decent role down with him. Think before you make 'vague' comments like that, next time.

Angels - flip a coin on protecting me, maybe. If it's heads, protect, if it's tails, protect another strong pro-town member. Use your best judgement. If the threat of their kill bouncing doesn't exist, they'll just kill off one active town member at a time until the thread is a more suitable place to lurk in.

So, yeah. Court, you have some targets for tonight. Try not to pull a me and gank a power role. That doesn't end well.
