Hmm alright I will definitely keep that in my mind, Wukong is rapidly becoming my absolute favorite champion. I never do this well with anyone else, even against good teams so long as my team isn't criminally retarded I can punch out nine kills pretty easy which before anyone says anything is very nice for me personally in Dominion.

As for Dominion versus SR its just a question of time and how I'm feeling at the moment, if I'm feeling impatient or don't have a lot of time a quick game of Dominion is fun and enjoyable if I don't however then I go for Summoners Rift.

Need some advice for playing casters mid against Kassadin. Had it up to my fucking eyeballs with team mates who don't even bother to reply to requests to change lane when I have to take Vlad against him. Useless motherfuckers, all of them. Arseholes then have the fucking temerity to rage at me and try to garner reports for feeding when I die.

    Advice?

Hextech + Mres rush. Make sure you have flat Mres runes + Masteries. Your job is to out-survive Kass's mana, using pots if needed.

Once that happens, push the lane. Make sure the river is warded to prevent ganks.

Kass has a really shitty time trying to wave clear, so doing that will pin him down even further at his tower and prevent him from going back or feeding off your allies.

Fizz already did that, but what I really like about Hecarim's passive is that a portion of his movement speed is converted to AD.

Also, considering that half of his spells do magic damage and the other half do AD, I feel like he'll end up being one of those champions like Jax that build predominantly AD but pick up AP boosting gear like Hextech Gunblade and Triforce.

Of course but for Hecarim it's paired with movement speed, give it a ghost and he will run like hell.

Hextech only if you are planning on building WOTA imo. Otherwise, a simple catalyst should be enough. Going against Kass, I usually just skip Sorcerer boots and build Merc Treads instead (Otherwise, once he's six, he will just jump, silence, walk away before you can retaliate). Also, Kass is pretty weak early levels. If you start with null magic cloak, you will win almost all exchanges (provided you auto attack). But, I only recommend that start on certain heros that relies on exchanging spells. (e.g. Zilean with that null magic cloak means Kass can't do anything :p). Skill shot champions with longer range (Ahri, Kennen, Brand) will probably be better off with just boots.

But long story short, Get MR, poop on Kass until he's level 6, get some form of sustain when he IS level 6. Like Evan Tide said, you should also have wards by level 6, so you can push your wave to tower (depending on jungler and what ap mid you are using of course), and poke at Kass from there.

Mmm, that's not completely true. Most good Kass usually run mana regen seals + Masteries, so they can poke decently well without running out of mana. It's hard for your hp pool to out sustain his damage if you aren't running Mres. And junglers usually give early blue buff over.

But yeah, a Kass without mana is a useless Kass ^^

So... a new Champion Sneak Peak before the previously revealed one has even come out?

Oh dear... someone has been misguided. Karthus in the hands of smn that knows how to use him is extremely scary. The reason why he mentioned karhus is that even if u dive him and cc him to death in teamfights he has a nifty little passive that then lets him wreck your team for the next several seconds.

Penny Arcade contributed to the champ, I guess. I'm relatively indifferent to them, though leaning towards finding them stupid.

I dunno, the champion looks weird in the art and we already have an archer. We'll see, though. Maybe he uses a longbow and has amazing range, or maybe a shortbow and ridiculous speed. Then again, who said that League made sense when physics came to it?

On another note, I really want to see a champion that buries the enemy. We already have several knock-ups and knock-backs, how about getting buried. It could be something interesting like an ult and for the duration of it you're struggling to get out. Obviously if someone comes in range you could attack them but melee champions would have reduced AD or something.

Just an idea I've been kicking around.

And you just outsustain his mana by pushing. Pretty much every mid can clear caster minions by level 5 and melee minions by 7 or 9, while Kass can't do shit for either even with a blue buff. It pushes him to the tower then you back out. Even at 13 with maxed E, he can't clear waves without significant AP.

edit: Keep in mind, you only need to do this if you can't shit on kassadin early, which most APs can. Yea he has a silence, but that is IT. For the first 5 levels, you can autoattack harass him every single time he comes to last hit. This either sets you up for an early kill (because any autoattack at that level is 1/8th of his HP) or keeps him off the creep wave. This means when you come back to lane, you either have a level advantage from killing him or a gold advantage from quadrupling his farm.

A friend and I have been running Nautilus (Me) and Kog'Maw lane. Not as much early burst as a Graves pairing but, god, that kiting ability. Fear the enemy into zoning themselves when a Dredge line + Riptide + Void Ooze means 75% health gone if not instant death. And late game, so much teamfight presence. I can peel people off Kog easily while he kites and melts their health.

Somehow I hadn't heard of Varus before but fuck me he sounds like a beast, I'm more excited for him than I am for Hecarim now. Anyone know when he's being released?

In the course of watching IPL4 I've heard more K-Pop than I have all year.

    Anyone else watching?

Yes, but it's muted. So much K-Pop and it all sounds the same. At least it's better than the dubstep from the IEM streams.
