Yeah, that was more in response to Aekiel's post.

Yes, Priest checks if people are in the Coven. Very cut and dried.

I gave PA one last mod-poke a bit ago.

Also someone asked about edits. Traditionally in most mafia communities editing is strictly against the rules. Personally I don't care much, as long as everyone is one the same page: Editing is the scummiest thing you can possible do, and you should probably lynch everyone who does it without hesitation.

So if you guys want it to be against the rules, or if you just want to kill everyone who does it, both work. The catch is that there is actually no difference.

The difference is that modkilling doesn't take one of the lynches away from town to do. :\

Either way, it is a notable strategy to just.. leave ashaya alive for a day or two, let her report her checks. If she finds someone guilty, town!gravedigger would instantly know if she was telling the truth or not once we lynched them.. not sure if it's worth his reveal in that case, but it's something. Of course, scum!gravedigger could dick around with us a bit there, too.

So? Who says I want responsibility?

    Very true.

The whole point of my reveal was that I wouldn't be able to check back often enough to post before my lynch was hammered in. How is it a retarded role reveal if I would have died anyway, but this way you guys can lynch someone else and scum can focus on me tonight???

I'm not worried about lasting long, I would have died today if I hadn't role revealed.

Also, Castiel is so obviously scum, if I thought anyone else would lynch vote him I'd switch, but I doubt that'll happen.

In response to Bill Door: I rolerevealed because I wouldn't be around long enough to attempt to convince people otherwise, nor was it likely I'd be able to check the thread and role reveal prior to being lynched.

Also, KaiDASH: I regularly stated who I thought was scum. So fucking what if I couldn't TL;DR and convince you all? This game shouldn't be about who can write the longest TL;DR.

Why am I here, why am I playing this, why did you rr as priest you just why egads lol no why.

    Okay.

Well, if she eats one, we know she's the damn priest. Though!

Angel protect - as long as angels are a thing, I don't think she's going to eat one.

Now, in the world of scum!Ashaya, she's not going to eat one to begin with, but in the world of town!Ashaya, angels should protect her constantly.

I don't like this. Where the fucking hell is the acolyte?

I would like to know your reasons behind this. Why do you think he is scum, and dont just say its obvious, I would like some actual answers.

And I didn't get that impression from the past few days. There were some murmurs of suspicion, but nothing that I saw warranted an immediate all-hands "lets lynch Ash" bandwagon. Are you implying that my opinion is somehow invalid?

From what I saw, it looked like Eidolonic was looking to spook her and get her to actually post something useful, but then everyone else piled on and nearly hammered her.

Which is why I replied with a couple people I was most suspicious of. Stojil cherry-picked my post. I couldn't call any of them "solid" scumreads, but at the time, I thought they were more suspicious than Ash. Now, of course, I'm not so sure (see the reasoning in my last post).

Why don't you read his last 10 or so posts? I don't have time to massquote them all, be back tonight.

Reading his posts only give me a feeling that he is somewhat scum, you made it clear that he IS scum so thats why I asked. Anyone can go back and read his posts, we just form our own opinions on how he reacts and what he says about certain situations. The question was directed to you because I want to know your personal opinion as to why you think he is scum, not just a go read his posts.

Say what? You need 13 votes for a lynch. I think Ashaya maxed at 8. "Nearly hammer" is something else entirely. And that's not even talking about the fact that deadline votes aren't a thing here, so this was the natural thing to do, and that everyone in the days prior was just fed up with how she played and wanted her either lynched or posting substance. You can't possibly have missed that.

For those of us waiting for the Acolyte (everyone), if Ash actually is right about Ollie, then the reason he hasn't come forward is that he hasn't been online to see her claim.

In the worse case scenario that she actually is the priest and ,yes I think that is the worst scenario short of priest being dead already, because scum learn who the priest is and we don't get to lynch a 100% witch, there are actually things we can do to prolong her life, so we should get some checks yet.

Right, 10 votes then, but that was after two days. I still think that ratio doesn't qualify for the above point by coleam.

Well, now. Lots to catch up on overnight.

Since I am the Acolyte, I can confirm that Ash is indeed the Priest.

I almost wish the Acolyte 'had' been Ollie. So there was an excuse for the white knighting. Alas.

It's possible there could still be a counterclaim by an acolyte, but we probably have to move forwards as if the priest claim is accurate, and just keep the possibility that it's a scum ploy in mind.

I'll switch my lynch over to StrikerLee for now, as I still haven't seen anything I like out of him. Castiel is rapidly moving up my scum list as well.

    Rescind Vote

    Lynch: StrikerLee

With new information in mind, here was the lynch wagon:

(10: Eidolonic, castiel, Aurion, Sesc, Aekiel, CheddarTrek, Menace, jwlk, bob99, and Sirion)

There's almost guaranteed to be scum on there - I'd say probably in the 2-3 range, between Coven and JW.

Er. Hm. I meant to doublepost that, not edit.

Nothing was changed, I just added the bit after the Lynch: StrikerLee about the lynch wagon. Oops.

I should probably get some sleep.

10/13 is pretty darn close, I'd say. And that discounts any effect my (and Lungs') calling the wagon into question might have had. When I initially posted my questioning of the lynchwagon, it had been just a couple hours since the day started and Ash already had 5 votes, consisting of "Yeah, I can get with that," and the wagon was showing no signs of slowing down or stopping. I was worried that (A) scum were hijacking the lynch and (B) we were going to quickhammer with 3+ days left before the day ended. Both of these are Bad Things, and should be stopped at any cost.

I'm assuming that Ash is the priest right now so I'm switching over to a no-lynch vote while I look at other people.

    Hmmm,

Alright, I'll remove my lynch vote on Ash (as I said, I was perfectly happy to be convinced otherwise)... but I still think she's more likely scum than the Priest.

Now, to change it to who... Strikerlee? I think he's likely to die soon anyway. I'm more worried about, say, Castiel managing to slip away. I hadn't really given much thought to him either way until now, but I agree he does come off as suspicious... moreso if Ash is telling the truth (but I'm on the fence about that).

So for now, Lynch Vote: Castiel

...but I reserve the right to change to Strikerlee before the days ends if I see a reason to grant Castiel a reprieve.
