Here is the Ravenclaw house intro if anyone cares. It's mildly funny.

Does anyone know if we're going to receive Galleons at the beginning of every book? Btw, am I the only one who spent almost all of them?

What is there to spend them on? I think I spent about 50. I'd think that they'll give you some more, probably as they add stuff to the shops and open up other shops.

Wait wait wait. They didn't even fix dueling?

Petrificus Totalus was broken as fuck in the beta. It was discovered within an hour. I thought they brought dueling down to fix that.

Good evening, everyone! I can't tell you how glad I was to find this board. Once I registered, I saw that you can't really get advice or leave any feedback about the game on the comment board. It's not very player-friendly, imho, but I guess the primary goal right now is to get all the praise they can from all the excited newcomers.

Anyway, my stats are: CastleEcho27220, Gryffindor, Wand: Beech, Unicorn Core, 12.5 inches, solid.

I'll go back to lurking, now. ;)

Hey can anybody post Gryffindor house intro? It must be the funniest.

They are all in this thread somewhere, pretty sure. Just search for "Prefect", that should work.

Checked, only Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw's introductions have been posted in their entirety.

I'm in this boat as well. Back when I was learning how to make potions, I melted a ton of cauldrons, but I still find the potion making better than the lame ass dueling. I hope we'll eventually do things with the dozens of potions I have. I just wish we could brew more than one at a time; we have three cauldrons.

Gryffindor. And I'm sure I read Slytherin's somewhere on here as well, with the entire Merlin fiasco. Edit: Yes, here (Slytherin). The bit about Eglantine Puffett makes me still giggle.

And I have no idea if that is still all, I'm in Slytherin. It was the entire Gryffindor message during Beta, at least.

Sesc - is that seriously all there is? That is supper short compared to Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw's intros.

Anyone care to share the Slytherin intro?

Thanks, for the link. Thought, Gryffindor intro would be funny but it is too short and they call themselves the best.

Slytherin's intro was probably the most realistic (barring Merlin of course).

It's getting to the point where I'm almost positive potion making is broken, for me, anyway. No matter how many times I try, or how often I double check, it claims that I added the wrong number of ingredients.

It's not broke. You've got to pay attention to the counters on the side of the cauldron and mortar, not necessarily what you count and especially if you are working with flobberworm mucus.

It seems I was just moving too fast. This time I made sure the step crossed itself out in the instruction book before I moved to the next step.

Finally got around to doing this thing.

Got sorted into Slytherin, and my wand is Unicorn and English Oak, 12 inches and surprisingly swishy.

    Woot.

Slytherin, of course. Alder with Dragon Core. 12 and a half inches, and slightly springy.

I like. Though motivation to continue beyond this point is slightly lacking.
