Question: How the hell do pokeballs get put on a belt anyway?

    On-topic: Red kicks ass.

After perusing the last couple pages, I have an inexplicable urge to go re-read The Game of Champions again.

Also, I think they get attached using magnetic clips.

When a pokeball is bought and first miniaturized, the same force that enables it to shrink and enlarge generates a low enough ferrous frequency to overlap the outside of the sphere, allowing for anything of particularly just-stronger magnetic charge to grasp it.

Within most pokebelts, a flexible magnetic cable is slotted with a weakened field extending no more than a quarter inch beyond the surface of the belt itself, enabling for enough distance to successfully clasp any pokeball without inertia tearing it free, yet not so powerful as to cause a trainer any damage over long term periods of usage.

As the field eventually weakens with wear and tear, and the additional energy/mass of an active pokemon stored/carried inside of it, the charge will gradually break down and fail with time, explaining why any pokemart will only buy one back from you at half price.

/attempt to explain in a reasonable manner.

I got the reference straight away. Forgive me for trying to hypothesize in a similar manner to Game of Champions.

Is it said that I know who that chick is?

(For those curious, she's Jessica Nigri, who was voted by the fans to be the spokeswoman for the upcoming game Lollipop Chainsaw. Apparently she looks enough like the main character. Either that, or it's the tits.)

I think it's actually because insects are too instinctual for the concepts of good and evil. That instinct is also why they're super effective against psychic.

You got it right on the instinct thing for dark, but wrong on psychic.

Psychic is weak to bug and dark because those are the two most common phobias. What else would paralyze the mind worse than irrational and extreme fear?

I always felt it was because psychic pokemon damage the mind with their attacks, beating your concious into submission. Insects don't have brains, so there is nothing to beat.
