Anyone care to explain why they think I'm scum, instead of saying "Hurr, durr, coleam's scum."?

Also, Aurion, I was unaware that Ollie had revealed as the Nun. Could you point to the post?

    Taure:
    1. Kalas
    2. Kalas
    3. Ollie is softconfirmed Holy (unknown role, but has to be either Cupid or the Nun - I'm personally leaning towards Cupid). thebrute7 claimed Acolyte when Ash priestclaimed on Day 3 and no one has objected, so chances are that was a trueclaim. And that's it. Aurion claimed Bishop, but so did Eidolonic (there's a theory going around that he was actually the King and was running a gambit to distract NKs, but I'm not entirely sure I buy it). Aekiel claimed town!Vigilante, but that can't be confirmed until we lynch a third townie. Moridin claimed gravedigger, and his checks make sense, but again, no way to confirm. FWIW, I think Aekiel and Moridin at least are town.

    4. Kalas. I'm of the opinion that killing the confirmed scum is better than killing someone who only might be a JW. Admittedly, BillDoor is looking pretty scummy, but I'd prefer to get rid of the known EW. Also, as I've said a couple times already, I'm pretty damn sure Kalas is not the Pauper.

Also, Ash was the priest (got killed last night) and thebrute7 was her acolyte. Eid was really townish and posted a lot if you wan to look over some of his posts.

And the theory right now is that Kalas might be pauper and is confirmed witch. Eid tried to get us to lynch someone else last night, and have the court kill kalas. If Kalas was the pauper then I believe this would have activated the bishops powers later, which is good. I got the impression that Eid was court (maybe king?) so he would probably no if Kalas was the pauper. Eid claimed he was either the lover or the bishop, but I find both of those options to be highly unlikely.

Cole I didn't think anyone was stupid enough to think I was anything other than the nun, it's been consistently more obvious as the game went on.

As Aurion and I have already said, there's a practically zero chance of the Bishop activating after the JWs move into the Coven. Bishop power activates the first night that there are 15 or less people alive. In other words, tonight, unless we have a no-lynch or lynch the Pauper. The JWs don't join the Coven until the night after the Coven fails to make a kill. So the only way for the Bishop check to catch the JWs is for no one to die today and no coven kill to happen tonight.

Actually, typing this has given me an idea - a slight modification from the plan I posted earlier. If the Pauper (or anyone else who can survive a lynch) is lynched today and the Twilight Pagan activates tonight, then (provided that Aurion is actually the Bishop), we could catch the JWs on Night 7. The Pauper would be ideal for the lynch target, just in case the Twilight Pagan is dead and/or Aurion isn't the Bishop since the Court has at least two scum on it, given the way last night's Court kill went, and the Pauper could reveal their identities.

I thought you might have been my Nun when you told me to have faith in you, Ollie...but then you started posting scummy so I wasn't sure.

Couldn't exactly stand up and say I SEE WHAT YOU DID THERE, at any rate. >_>

Once bob said you cardflipped Holy, yeah. That confirmed 100%, obv.

From what I understand, killing the Kalas *could* put him on court. Given that it's generally accepted that the court is full of scum, we don't want to give the scum an extra night kill. This way, the court will disband, we kill someone we think might be scum, and then we can kill Kalas later. On top of it all, there is no risk of the scum getting an extra night kill. I don't know how you can paint it otherwise.

Eh, I didn't see anything obvious either way, and the lack of confirmation/denial for either of the Bishop claims made me think you were the Cupid.

well my message was to the bishop but I'm pretty sure other people saw it? I think it's why bob checked me. Also my scum style is really fucking distinctive unless I lurk

Alright, since I apparently didn't make it obvious enough, I'm the freaking Pauper. There is zero risk of Kalas joining the Court tonight. If the Twilight Pagan is alive and Town, then the plan that I posted is a far better solution as it gives us all of the remaining witches on Night 7. Plus, I can reveal the contents of the Court on Day 7. If we have no Twilight Pagan, then yeah, it might not be the best choice since it gives the Court at least one more kill.

Also, I'll point out that we don't know how many Court members remain. There are at most 6, and as few as 3. We've killed the Duke (Geabe, who may or may not have nominated a replacement) and jwlk killed Eidolonic, who was apparently the King, but that's all we know for sure. So there's no guarantee that killing BillDoor (assuming he IS in the court) will shut it down.

---------- Post automerged at 08:35 PM ---------- Previous post was at 08:33 PM ----------

Notice how I said I thought you were Cupid, not scum...I guess I just missed the message to the Bishop. Anyways, water under the bridge.

---------- Post automerged at 08:38 PM ---------- Previous post was at 08:35 PM ----------

To add to my Court stuff: I'm 90% sure that the entire remaining Court is scum since no one has stepped forward to reveal their identities despite the obvious fact that the Court has turned on the Town. This means that we get at least three scum by lynching me today, even without the Twilight Pagan.

Then lets put colearm on the court. It would be a good idea to find out who is on it. This way we have more lynch targets, since scum have probably taken over. I'd suggest that town court members reveal with the contents of the court today.

    Lynch colearm.

---------- Post automerged at 09:40 PM ---------- Previous post was at 09:39 PM ----------

I also think you can vote to lynch yourself colearm.

I know I can. I'd just like confirmation that this plan will work before we charge off headlong. Twilight Pagan, if you're out there, now would be a good time to reveal yourself. You don't need to do the whole "reveal skill" thing yet, but if you let us know you're out there...

Is the BOD still alive? Because a town BOD would definitely be useful right now.

I'm not really comfortable with your plan at all, Coleam. What's to say that you're not JW fake claiming to buy your buddies in the Court another day to live? There's really no way to confirm it, and there's certainly no way Kalas would reveal he's the Pauper if that were the case.

At this point in the game, that's the kind of plan that needs to be backed by a strong town read/confirmation. At this point it's much safer to simply lynch the confirmed scum or the suspected scum!Queen and disband the Court before they can do anymore damage.

So yeah, I'm gonna count myself out of this one.

    *wince*

That is a horrible plan at first blush. If the Court is indeed JW-heavy they'll just off Coleam even if he's legit.

    Hell.

Especially if he's legit. The Angels would have a Sophie's Choice on their hands.

Also, I think there's four members of the Court alive at absolute most. More likely three - Jwlk, Eid, Geabe, and Stojil dying (Eid would have had to be one grand fool to not pick Stojil) means that even with Geabe naming a replacement there can't possibly be more than four.

If...hm. Seratin was probably not on the Court, and at the risk of being -Town I think the scum killed CheddarTrek because she was a Spy; or at least, they thought she was a Spy.

    Hm.

Court!Lungs could be a thing- at the least, it would explain why Eid signed off on killing him twice over. If our lovely Juniorscum convinced him that Lungs was Court Scum....yeah.

If all that's right and combined with my previous reads...

We'd be in a gameworld where:

Eidolonic, Bill, and Geabe were King/Queen/Duke. Geabe was lynched day one, and named a replacement (if he didn't, there's no way there's still 4 Courtiers).

Bill is a more possible Queen than Kai, so I'll go with him there for now.

    Which means...5 additions, 4 + Duke-replace. KaiDASH, Stojil, Jwlk, Lungs, and...well, ???.

    Sirion, maybe?

Either way, yeah, stickin' with Bill on this one. The King's Court has at least two Junior Witches of no more than four (and entirely possibly three) members remaining, which means it has reached the end of its useful lifecycle for Town.

Yes Aurion, your correct on that from what I have figured out thats what I was trying to point to earlier. If Bill dies then Court is gone and possible scum dont get another free night kill. going to go ahead and throw my vote down since I havent been feeling good today and will be most likely sleeping when the hammer drops.

    Lynch Vote: Bill Door

Coleam, your plan is a bit too risky and probably won't work anyway. I'm going to stick with my current votes and reads.

Plus, we don't know if you're the pauper or not.

Incidentally, the scrambling for horrible alternate plans is having the effect of making me suspect even more strongly that there's only three survivors on the Court.

Since, yknow, strong JW possibility floating horrible plans that just happen to keep a JW-dominated Court in business, and all. >_>

I said it before, and I'll say it again: Neon signs would be a better investment, people. They'll last longer.

In all honesty Coleam, your plan seems like a desperate attempt to draw our attention away from the lynch vote, bring out another role reveal, and to buy some more time for the court. I could be wrong, but that's what I'm seeing from my end. It was desperate and ill-conceived. But if you can explain otherwise, please do so.

The plan seems like it has a better yield for you scum, and I don't like scum.

Lynch Bill guys, he's almost certainly scum and we need a solid kill.
