    Meh thats extremely debatable, depending on where you look in the comics he ranges from Superman with a hammer to I erase solar systems with a twitch.
    HA no, nerd moment but thats incredibly wrong. He came within a hair of very literally and seriously wiping out 1/2 of all life in the entire universe just to impress Death when he fell in love with her. They made it extremely clear the solitary reason he didnt was because they got to him in time.

    I know that, I read it. The fact remains, people half way kill the universe like every second sunday. There are many godlike (or full-out divine) villains out there who pose these kinds of threats.

    Still, I get that Thanos is insanely strong. That wasn't what I was saying.

    You could be right, its literally been years since I read it. My base point to Republic though is that the idea he isnt a godlike villain is laughable, hes one of the single nastiest SOB's in the entire Marvel universe.
