First spanish, now german. Kubo really should just stick with japanese, imo.

Did the series turn so bad that nobody gives a fuck anymore?

 

I'm still following it, but there's not really much to talk about. I'm just waiting for the obligatory new powerups.

 

It's not worse than it always was. And as always Kubo is taking his time before showing what everyone is waiting for (the invasion on the Soul Society).

Also, is that just me or this 6th seat looks like a long lost younger brother of Aizen?

 

When I saw him, I screamed 'AIZEN!' in my head. It's the glasses and jaw.

New Bleach chapter is out

 

You know I once stopped reading Bleach because of how slowly the battle with Aizen went on. More than two years before it ended I believe and we didn't even get to see Captains' Bankais, but we got fabulous butterfly transformation. I this battle will be similar and starts with few months of weaker characters fighting I will take another break and be back when the Zero Division enters or we finally see Retsu fight someone.

 

Lol, I had forgotten that Aizen never used his Bankai, even though it was the one thing I was looking forward to the most in that arc, ah well maybe there will be a flashback.

Come to think of it did Kubo ever reveal the Bankai of the Kimono wearing captain(the one with a glasses wearing lieutenant chick)? I remeber the other Captain who has TB telling him that it was too dangerous for him to use it.. so was it ever mentioned why ?

 

I believe it was because Shunsui and Ukitake's shikai and bankai work together like teamwork, and it might have been that Ukitake was too sickly to perform his bankai.

There's a reason why he probably sees Unohana quite often.

 

The captains didnt use their bankai's. It was such a :facepalm moment.

Shoddy Bleach chapter is shoddy.

On the other hand, at least we're focusing on Soul Society again.

 

and yet another chapter where NOTHING happened apart from sidecharacters noone gives a shit about and that will be forgotten again after another two month of pointless filler.

Also, what I like about this chapter is that these new fodder characters were dealt with in matter of few pages, not few chapters.

 

Again with the arm, Kubo? But the chapter was better than the last few ones. Shit finally got real, and all.

 

It's a Shonen manga, arm/leg injuries are par for the course.

Also, again par for the course, if death is not shown on-screen, it's safe to assume that they are not dead. I'm calling it right now, Kira's gonna end up like Soi Fon, with a prosthetic arm.
