- Seems that a big part of Naruto vs. Tobi fight happened off panel.
- Did Tobi let Kabuto create his own Edos instead of making them himself? Wow, he really trusted that guy.
- It seems that Kishi cut out some things because Dan and Hizashi never had a chance to actually do anything important (what was Dan's Spirit Transformation Technique?) or meet Tsunade and Neji.
- I really hope Madara will somehow escape destruction, because he deserves more fair defeat than this.

 

What I hate most about these chapters is that Mangastream is now putting the random fanart at the beginning of the chapter, and I have to see them now.

 

So Madara is going to get a clean exit as the undisputed strongest?

This was fucking awful. If Susano'o is so strong then why bother with the Kyuubi in the first place? God dammit Kishimoto.

 

Tobi doesn't know the technique...how could he create his own zombies?

I think Madara is just boasting about his Susanoo...or maybe he couldn't use it during his mortal life? But really, with a villain that strong, everything else is a moot point.

It's all just dumb.

 

I'm pretty sure this complete Susanoo requires the Rinnegan, which Madara would have only got after his fight with Hashirama, toward the end of his life, when he was presumed dead.

Anyway, Madara's dusted now, thanks to Itachi.

I'm curious to see what will happen between Sasuke and Kabuto now that Itachi is going to disappear. Also, anyone got an idea as to what Itachi is planning to do to Sasuke? Looks like he's gonna poke him in the forehead again... maybe use another secret Sharingan technique in his last moment?

 

Didn't he force Kabuto to show him how to do it?

 

Bah didn't liked the chapter at all.

Madara stronger than bijuu right that totally makes sense ...not.

 

Actually it makes sense, but only if this is because of Senju's DNA and adding it to Uchiha's is what makes him like the Sage of the Six Paths who managed to defeat the Ten-Tails.

 

we didn´t actually see madara dissolving or whatever you want to call it.

five bucks on him pulling something else to stay on the field.

i mean, couldn´t he use the rinne tensai on himself or something along those lines?

 

Maybe Itachi is going to mindwipe him?

 

I would love Kishimoto all over again. At least for a good five minutes.

Then I'd remember SuperShinobiGod!Madara and it'd all go away.

Honestly, I've just started ignoring everything to do with the Uchiha and their powers at this point. Kishimoto is once again proving that he's an Uchiha fanboy (or at least thinks that's the most important group within his fans).

 

Seems to me that Madara wouldn't take that risk. Right now, he can still be killed. If it wasn't for Edo Tensei, he would have already died a few times against the Kages. I figure his intention is to wait for Tobi to resurrect him with Rinne Tensei after the war, as that seems to be their arrangement (although originally it was supposed to be Nagato who used Rinne Tensei).

But I suppose it would be a little strange if the epic fight between Madara and the Kages just suddenly ended.

Also, when is someone going to bloody die in this war!? A couple of the Kages should have fallen by now, what with all the big hits Madara was handing out with his wood clones.

I swear, if no one dies in this war, I might just give up on Naruto altogether. More characters died in the Wave arc than in this so-called war!

 

he prolly just got damaged because he knew he could and was toying with them. if he had been alive he either would have just pulled out the big guns sooner or just ignored his wounds, like every other main character, so i really don´t expect him to make an exit at this point in time. not without bringing up some unresolved backstory conflict first that takes 7 chapters and then resolving that somehow, taking at least another 5.

and to be honest, i really don´t see any more plot points that could keep naruto going after this world war arc is over.

...not that that stopped bleach but whatever...

 

You're are dealing with people who are miles more skilled than the entire cast of wave. Part of becoming more skilled should include "ways of not dying".

 

True, but they're also up against enemies who are miles more skilled than the entire cast of the Wave Arc at ways of making people dead.

 

Their enemies now strong as fuck now. I don't think Konoha 11 learning to not to choke on their owns spit is going to help.

 

I wouldn't say that Chouji, Hinata, Kiba, etc. or any of their equally 'above average' shinobi counterparts from the other hidden villages are particularly more skilled than Zabuza, if at all.

In a war involving such huge numbers and such a variety of deadly and unknown jutsu, there should be a serious amount of casualties already.

Also, just as one's skill in not dying increases, so too does one's skill in making others dead. So it all evens out in the end, I'd say. There really should be a few dead characters by now. Of course some fans of those characters would be disappointed, but better that than the entire fanbase disappointed by a phony war and an anti-climactic finale to the series.

 

Meh Sasuke running into the Konoha 11(-Naruto) was hinted at before he ran into Itachi again, so we might get to see him wipe the floor with them before the final battle vs Naruto and maybe kill a few if we are lucky. Even all together they are no match for EMS!Sasuke.

 

Didn't you know? Kishimoto's been treating this manga like an rpg.

All of his death-points have been saved up for most of the last year and went into raising the dead with Edo Tensai, and he lumped most of the other points toward his luck pool. When his d20 landed on Power-up the Uchiha, how was he to refuse the will of the dice?

The next few level-ups saw him devote his skills to the Sharingan sheet, and he even knocked a few points off of his Tailed Beast ability to get those eyeballs maxed out.

Now that the Edo Tensai is winding down, he'll have to wait for a brief cool-down period before he can devote his energy into the Rinne Tensai field and bring back Madara for real.
