Have we reached a consensus for our lynch and asylum votes yet? Lungs, why no tally? Also, let's stimulate a discussion while we're waiting. Who do you think Aekiel should asylum next? What are your reasons?

Personally, I don't like AngelRick and Castiel; the former has a faint stench of mafia, while the latter slips out of grasp and sight... disturbingly so. In fact, I'm disinclined to trust anybody who doesn't post frequently, since the scum would have the most incentive to shy in the shadows. Aekiel, in my humble opinion, should keep his eye on those two. If I were Mayor, that is what I would have done.

Zeitgeist, I agree with you on Castiel. I think there might be some sort of a connection between Castiel and Kalas. They had the same attitude towards the mayor, in that they were very against it going to Kai or Eido. And then he's suspicious of the Kalas bandwagon. So I think there might be something there. And Angel Rick is either scum or a town player derping all over the show.

I mean I get Zeit, I have been posting less, (which is because of me signing up for 3 online courses-Crypto and Algo in coursera and the recently finished EECS at MITx)

And what does that help us achieve? If anything, that would have been the perfect opportunity to distance ourselves.

This is how scum-buddies should act. I am not saying Kai and Gambit are scum-buddies but in a world where they are, see how they easily distance themselves and no one thinks twice about it. But later on, if one them is outted as scum this is a perfect get-out-of-jail-free card for the other guy.

Again not something I, as a Kalas' scum-buddy would do. At least not in this way, I might just vote for someone else. It isn't hard to cook up a lynch against someone which looks to make sense just to divert attention.

 

Ironically, I have to make a post to state that I will be very inactive over the next few days, Essentially, I have my finals on June 21, and sheer gall has kept me from studying. But now, I really have to get moving, using the only study method that works for me: an internet embargo. It's what I do whenever I write fanfiction as well: deactivate all parts of the internet, except what I need (e.g. dictionary.com, and a fandom-relevant wiki). Everything else distracts me too much, and procrastination makes me its whipping boy.

Honestly, I do think I have to study diligently for this. It is Medicine after all, and I don't want to accidentally cut your pudendal nerve during childbirth and/or abdominal surgery - because I didn't study for it in this exam. :X

For that reason, I will barely be able to make one post per day, if any. Lungs, feel free to replace me if you must, but I will note that many other people have posted less than me. Must I fulfill your Three Posts requirement?

@Castiel, KaiDASH has already been noted as a scum candidate, particularly paired with Vira. However, I don't think enough evidence presently exists to indict either him or Eidolonic (the other frequently mentioned name). For now, I'd focus on more pressing matters, such as the Lurkerinos (i.e. you and Mishie). Your last post, frankly, feels almost like a desperate attempt to throw off suspicion? Too defensive?

It's odd that you assume you and Kalas would be on the same faction. There are two non-town factions in this game. The vigor with which you state that you're not aligned with Kalas specifically raises questions, bro.

It was enough to prevent the best players in the game from getting an extra life, which would allow them to do the most good for town. Which in my mind is something that a scum team would quite like to do.

That's just WINE dude. And it makes me kinda suspicious as well. Perhaps Castiel is scum and he's throwing out some town people to hopefully give the scum more time. But I'm going to agree with Zeit here, separating yourself from Kalas so vehemently is very suspicious. I think it's definitely something to look into tomorrow.

Actually, I'd be pretty okay with AR getting tossed in the asylum tonight, and potentially killing him tomorrow through that means. I have a pretty strong third party read on him, and confirmation of that would be pretty nice.

The best defense is actually attacking people you think are scum, rather than getting over-defensive when mentioned in passing.

The Asylum vote is a majority, not plurality. We need 3-4 more asylum kill votes to have it go through.

Although, I'm not entirely sure what happens if a majority is not reached. It's possible Lungs meant plurality, and had majority in the rules? I dunno.

 

Those rules are really unclear. It says a majority, but the bolded line suggests it's a plurality.
