Okay so Harry goes to azkaban for someshit or another. He gets released eventually and is forced to return to Hogwarts, he refuses to forgive Hermione/Ron/Dumbledore because they do not ask for forgiveness but rather try to force him to forgive them.

1. Harry catches Hermione trying to read the book he has in his hands so he takes her ability to see the words on the page away but she gets it back later?
2. Harry says some shit at the end of the fanfic where since Dumbledore violated a goblin contract and placed him with his aunt, he(Dumbledore) loses his magic.

Edit :: Hedwig also may have been killed by the pet store owner in Diagon Alley.

Harry Potter: Hitwizard involves taking away Hermione's reading ability, but it doesn't fit any of those other criteria you mentioned. Also, while I wouldn't call it 'terribad', it still qualifies as a guilty pleasure at best.

That said, does a name really matter that much when this fic's supposed to suck ass? There's so many shitty azkaban fics out there, surely one name's as good as another. Make up a stupid name on your own and save some time.

The part where he mentions that they're not "asking" for his forgiveness is in the Azkaban Parody by Fangalla Marie and Eppy the House Elf.

Dumbledore also losing his magic is in Corwalch's fic.

 

It seems I've got multiple fics confused as one.

"Do not meddle in the affairs of Wizards" is indeed part of the one I was looking for, after I skimmed over it and found parts I remembered.

but "Harry Potter & the Azkaban Parody" is the one where they refuse to ask for forgiveness.

And neither of these fics seem to have Hedwig getting her neck snapped by the pet store owner in Diagon Alley so I'm still looking for that fic

Also, Harry may get two new familiars in the third fic I'm still looking for, or it may be a separate fic all together.

 

I remember the Hedwig getting her neck snapped part, it was in one of those 'Betrayed' fics (One of the terrible ones, from what I remember). And by 'Betrayed' fics, I mean one of the many stories that use Betrayed or Something of Betrayal as the title.

there was one Ron!Bashing fic that was surely a parody, something along the lines of 100(0) ways to kill Ron, and one of them had Hedwig punish Ron for being such a pig that he would actually eat her owl treats on the way up to the owlery. Another one involves Ron, Hedwig and bacon.

I dunno. Neither of those involved Harry being sent to Azkaban on trumped up and non-justiceable claims. Nevermind that the justice system in Canonverse is about as bad as the Southern US from about 1750 to... actually it hasn't improved that much since then.
