That turned out to be Snape misrepresenting the situation, though it always felt like a retcon to me. I wasn't talking about that though. The whole wizarding society was far more open to homosexuality there than in the real world. The first time it struck home was with the gay couple [was there more than one?] during the child adoption scene.

There are a few passages where things like that happen.

 

I couldn't find it. If it was mentioned then I missed it when searching.

Also I recommended it because I thought it was of comparable quality as a cracish/humor fic as Fantastic Elves. I feel like my name being associated with it significantly brought down this stories rating.

This is my first time posting a recommendation and I followed the rules of posting a story and all I got was messages like Clerith's asking me why I am still here and telling me I am shoving slash down there throats. I knew about prince of the dark kingdom having slash undertones. I didn't see any problem with this story doing the same as long as it didn't end up slash. I may have skipped over the crazy Harry POV but like I said very few people can do that well and I'd give the author a 3/5 on there first attempt at that. It was about average but overall I felt the light hearteded humorous nature of the story put it on the same level as a story like Fantastic Elves.

I tend to have a mob form around me every time I post so Clerith's comment is understandable but still frustrating. I'm not nearly this controversial in real life but for some reason DLP forums just seem to be a place where mud slinging happens every time my name is brought up.

Though I think 'controversial' should be replaced with 'fucking annoying'.
