It's when you defend a player by attacking another player, who was attacking the first player. In this case you defend Republic by attacking Jeopardizer, who was attacking Republic.

 

This is where you state that we're not only bandwagoning, but by saying we're scum and then saying that scum bandwagon at least once or twice, you basically say that we were bandwagoning like scum. Which is not the case as I previously stated.

As for the chainsaw defense, I was attacking Jeopardizer based on the way they were playing but I can see where the idea of a chainsaw defense could come from.



Just a bit of info, I'm at work until 12pm EST (U.S.A) and then I'll be busy for a little bit but I should be back tonight so if I don't respond or I respond sporadically, that's the reason.

I'm currently wading my way through the thread, so I'll try to post a more contributive post in a bit once I've caught up. Actually, I'll definitely wait until someone posts after me, so my threads won't merge.

I'm looking forward to playing all of you, and hope that I can live up to the standard Kalas set. (I'm currently on page 4, so if Kalas currently had bad rep, then I hope I'm better than Kalas).

So Kensington, first question:

Was Kalas scum?

 

So here's the thing, does nobody else find it interesting that straight after Bill Door posts about how suspicious Kalas, Riley and Republic, not only do they all rush forward to defend each other, but they've tried to start not one, but two bandwagons. This is kinda odd considering that if we don't lynch scum today, they'll win.

Also, any chance you could explain why you think I'm scum Jeopardizer, since I've looked at the past few pages and I haven't seen a reason.

 

Most of, if not all, my reasons don't really matter (because voided) if Stojil was truly a separate scum-faction. (But if you are interested in reading my derpy reasoning #239)


Truthfully it's a toss between you and Kalas/Kensington for me atm, and I want to give some time to Kensington to speak before possibly voting for him.

(And I agree, K/Rep/Riley seems more and more juicy.)

And I just realised that if scum bandwagon you and you are innocent, we lose so Rescind Vote : mishie .

 

Mishie, you're idiocy is showing. BillDoor didn't accuse just Kalas in his attack. he accused all three of us. We're not defending each other, we're defending our selves. This is why I think you're scum. You're trying to pull a lynch on one of us at all costs and it's not even clear what you're reasons are. All you said was that you thought BillDoor won the game, you never posted exactly what it was that made me, Kalas or Rep scummy.

I'm putting my vote for you Mishie because you seem to get scummier and scummier.

You did actually read what I posted right? Also, I just love how your argument for why I'm scum is "He's trying to lynch somebody else, who I haven't tried to explain why I'm defending." As such, please tell me why you think Kalas isn't scum, also, since you three totally aren't scummy at all, who do you think the three scum are, with a reason apart from "he's trying to lynch me"

Also, I did explain the reason why I haven't been posting as much as I usually have quiet a while ago, and there has also been the new reason of GW2 , and considering how almost every one of my posts has had at least some content instead of just fluffing up post counts. Plus, Republic has only post 2 more times than I have prior to this post. And looking at the posts that he's made, most of them are full of fluff, he's said he's against a day 1, he's mentioned how he thinks you're town and that he can't get a read on Kalas, and he's tried to start a bandwagon on me with barely any reasoning twice.

 

I'm referring to the last post where you simply stated that you thought BillDoor won the game and then said you thought Kalas(Kensington) Rep and my self were all scum and voted to lynch without stating why. Especially when you gave me shit for essentially doing the same earlier in game.

As for your content versus fluff, everything is content regardless of what is said. That being said, the post you quoted is the first bit that I've seen of how you decided you're scum team since the last NK.

I dislike the fact that you assume I'm defending anyone but myself, especially considering the words I used which are "we're defending ourselves". I haven't said shit about them because I think you, mishie, as well as Rubicon and Jeop are scum if there is a three person team. The fact that you seem to want to bumrush Kalas(kensington) ESPECIALLY when Kalas was just replaced, is what makes me feel like you're total scum.

You have no way of knowing if Kalas was being derptastic or scumtastic, yet as soon as the swap is made you push hard on it. Why would you do that unless it didn't matter to you who replaced Kalas because you're scum and you want a lynch. Therefore my vote still stands.

 

Hmmmm, everyone who voted Kalas did so before the swap.

 

It doesn't matter who replaced Kalas though. If Kalas was scum then Kens is scum too. While it's unfortunate for Kens to have to replace into this position, it won't change my desire to have him lynched.

 

That's not what I'm pointing at. I'm pointing out that Mishie is pushing the Kalas angle even though he is no longer part of the game. That seems to me to show that he's pushing for a lynch regardless of hearing what Kensington has to say. Same with BillDoor. Both are basing their decisions based on what Kalas did and said which might be totally different from what Kens says. It shows both a disregard for player characteristics and a disregard for who they lynch as long as they lynch.

BillDoors stubbornness is born out of how he saw Kalas play and/or his desire to lynch someone other than his buddy Mishie. A smart towny who knows that we've only got a few people left, would see what Kens has to say as, regardless of how Kalas acted, no one knows for sure he's scum. He might have been scum or like I said he might have been and extremely idiotic town member. If BillDoor and Mishie persuade you to lynch Kalas/Kens and we lynch a towny, then we're most likely fucked. And you'll have been lead to it by someone who won't wait to hear what Kens has to say. I still maintain my vote on Mishie.

Whelp, I had this great post I was writing last night, but then fell asleep, my laptop battery drained and I lost it all. Which sucked.

In short:

Billdoor: Pretty sure he's town. Of all the survivors he reads the most town to me.

Rubicon: Read him as the 3rd party faction...until the previous night phase. I'm a little disappointed that I was wrong. He could equally be town or scum.

RileyPoole: I think he's town, but not sure.

Republic21: An idiot. Probably scum.

Mishie: Dead.

Lynch: Mishie
