I wonder if it works with Ashe's Frost Shot, a permanent three person slow would be pretty nice. I can definitely see this replacing the PD in a few builds.

 

If it applies triple on hit every auto, I can only imagine how horribly frightening an enemy Teemo will become.

 

Can't wait to see a Teemo in a major tournament because of this.

Frost Shot should apply, and if for some reason it doesn't then Frozen Mallet will. On hit Teemo I can see being pretty good. Twitch is already kinda nuts when he gets even slightly ahead, but with Spray and Pray and Hurricane putting stacks of poison on everything he has the potential to be even more crazy.

This post is a mostly-complete summary of it's interactions with ranged champions. Someone comments on missing Lux, and he confirms that it would pop her passive on multiple champions that had it, such as after E or R.(then derides getting the item on Lux anyway)

In b4 Graves nerf, because he will be able to constantly use his quickdraw. 22 second CD and up to 3 targets means he just needs to hit 8 times in 4 seconds for 100% uptime, aka 2 attack speed. He gets that at 18 with a PD and his built in steroid, possibly earlier since I didn't plug I'm any runes or masteries.

Constant dashes seems cool and all, though we don't really know the range to know if he can really constantly keep hitting 3 people all the time. Also, with PD getting nerfed, it extra mobility may even be necessary for AD carries imo.

If red buff works with this, then I can only say it'll be ridiculously strong. Extra true damage and AOE slow o,0.

Still, despite the strong effect, it should be noted that the stats are really not that great. 60% attack speed is awesome, but that's it. I really look forward to seeing which champions will benefit from this. I'm expecting a Teemo AP ratio nerf on his E (at least by like .1 or something).

 

I think it'll be a strong pickup on Caitlyn along with a Bloodthirster. You'll be able to Headshot every 3rd attack. Every other attack if manage to shoot from a bush.

 

Would rather do the typical IE/PD rush on Caitlyn for max damage output on the single target I want to burst and the high headshot crits.

Im guessing you'll most likely see it on MF/Varus/Twitch and perhaps Graves. Even then, it won't always be the best choice.

 

This. It seems like a situational item where you're snowballing like a motherfucker and more-or-less in a position of "Okay, now what do I buy?"

 

Actually, since Caitlyn generates her passive at the moment of firing, rather than the moment of impact(it's why you can technically generate passive sometimes by starting to fire, but canceling), she might be able to do a headshot every other attack outside of a bush, and every attack from a bush. Given that there are enough targets in range, of course. One of the exceptions, sort of including AD-Kennen and AD-TF, where the Hurricane actually does increase single-target damage.
