I know I'm kind of a dick but I also know I keep getting invites and Shezza, the person I play most with from DLP, agreed to edit some of my schoolwork for me.

It's a highly competitive game and this is DLP. I think at this point you should be able to roll with the punches.

Also IPL5: I think the whole "cheering for killing wards" thing is overdone. Let it die already. LoL sticks to memes worse than 4chan. It's getting as bad as "riot pls"

Yeah, they've had Adam Harrington and Eric Braa introducing the teams as Shaco and Draven all tournament long. I didn't catch them today, but it was super awkward Thursday through Saturday. The female one was Cristina Vee, the voice of Riven.

Starting to think It's about time to jump into ranked whenever I get time to play, getting bored of the idiots in normals and at least a win is something progressive in ranked however many bad results there may be. Soon as I stop making silly little errors when jungling and start getting ADC's with balls when I play Leona/Taric, should be good.

Edit; Only a couple of days away from 6300 IP - Quite a few champions I wanna pick up for supp/jungle though, wondering who you guys think would be best?

I'm looking at Hecarim, Kha'Zix, Lux & Lulu. I can't really see me playing Zyra, though she's kind of on there. I'm leaning towards Lulu mostly for the fact I play support usually, but my main problem is I've only played her twice & I didn't feel like I got a good enough grasp on how she works.

 

Lulu is pretty easy to pick up, and I'd say she is one of the stronger supports atm. I'd recommend Lulu for support.

Zyra will not be as effective as support once people truly catch on how much damage her snares deal, and properly avoid them. She is VERY vulnerable after missing a snare (in solo q).

Hecarim is fun, but usually requires the right team comp for him to truly be effective.

Kha'Zix is strong right now, for both top lane and jungle. Those hops are awesome too, so I'd recommend this guy if you want jungler.

 

If you want a support you might also want to wait a couple of days and pick up the new champ, Nami.

 

^This. I've played her a few times on the PBE and I think she's gonna be pretty strong when she hits live.

 

Any news on what her alternate skin will be like? If its cool, I‘ll buy the bundle, otherwise I‘ll just get Nami with IP.

 

I don't think the skin has been released yet. It isn't up on the PBE yet anyway.

 

My only problem with Nami is everyone & their mother will want to play her, probably as an AP mid because people are stupid / testing her out if they didn't on the PBE.

That said, she had crossed my mind. Lulu just happens to be on sale too as tomorrow's sale are the line-up used by the winning team in the final game of IPL 5. Not sure which as I missed Championship Sunday due to other affairs - So, hmm. I might just hold off, save my IP and see how Nami is initially.
