    Gaben's short for Gabe Newell, the head of Valve. He's popular on the internet for being the "savior of gaming" (and frankly it's a fair sentiment: I for one think Valve is one of the few gaming companies left with any integrity, certain issues with Steam notwithstanding) and for his size, which is what the Wailord joke alludes to.
