I'm ... actually still trying to understand what I read. There are words but I seek meaning :(

Whites and Reds start out with two each? And what, please, is a 'counter'? This is totally not clear.

As for your question, Stojil: I do what you do. Vote: NobelFiction

I didn't reach any conclusion. What are you referring to? My vote?

As for Marcone, I would almost always go with White because it triggering would make Molly better, since her power finds both scum and tainted.

That's not what I said you said. But that isn't what you said, either:

Anyway, Sesc: a counter should be a token. Like, taint points or something.

Wait for confirmation from Riley, but as I see it:

    A) Still townie.
    B) Riley informs you, either via QT or PM.
    C) See above.
    D) She dies? Otherwise we would have no way to kill her/King at all.
    E) The Red Pawn dies if he's targeted by the White King.

Zennith, what's your opinion on Stojil so far?

Generally the first lynch votes are done on wild guesswork, but I'd normally vote for someone that I want to see become more active.

Well, so far this seems like Stojil being stojil. It isn't particularly suspicious or not suspicious to me so far. I do think at this early point in the game, the most important thing is to get people active and involved, so I'm liking all of the questions at the moment.

So my question is, Bill, who do you want to see become more active?

There are also a few people (Frontisian, Lochness) who posted right at the beginning with very, very little substance. I'd like to ask that they make sure to post again sometime before the end of this first day.

At the moment I'd like to see pretty much everyone become more active. In particular everyone who only has one post so far.

    lol Stojil, didn't see it.

hmm I will probably vote the one who's trying to run the game. Brings back memories of Kai. :)

@Zennith: Why do you think Stojil isn't being Stojil.

There isn't much to say right now. No one jumps out as scummy or townie to me so far.

Hmm, honestly (while obviously following only a single person's lead is a bad idea) one person running the game can often be good, in that it tends to provoke other people into participating (whether on that person's request, or simply to protest against any plan they are putting forward). And Kai's pontification has admittedly taught me most of what I know of mafia, too. Not to mention Stojil's got a decent track record in that area, IIRC.

I find it much more productive to vote out inactives rather than those trying to provoke activity. It's gotten dividends in the past.

Vengeance will be mine! Nah, I'm over it. Mostly.

So, I'm working on the assumption that people (i.e. Schro) have asked questions in their qts and will share the answers with the rest of us soon.

Castiel, if you had to vote now, who would you vote for and why?

Any time people use the drunk excuse in Mafia I want to slap them.

    Or vote for them.

I have sent my questions to ze gamemaster, and hopefully they will be answered.
The fact that we have three pro-town toles and four anti-town roles in a fifteen player game to start with makes me rather.... uncomfortable. A random lynch tonight has a 20% chance of hitting Dresden, Molly, or Marcone, all of which would be bad, and only just above 25% of hitting scum. Still, it means we have an almost fifty-fifty chance to take out a power-role first night... some of them are just ours.

My stance on 'drunkeness as an excuse' is rather like my stance on people who are super lurker-ish: you're not contributing to the town (spreading confusion and being inactive, respectively) so even if you are on our side, you're not being overly useful. It draws negative attention. Why do it?

Like mana from the heavens, I bring answers.

Aside from a direct infodump from Molly, there is no way to know you were enthralled, so enthralled townies remain townies. This is in contrast to the apparent previous ruling of
The orgasm was so mindblowing, so overwhelming, that the innocent Chicago citizen completely forgot it happened?

    Heh.
Players killed by the reds remain dead: the reds get a Counter in the sense that it counts deaths, each on granting the specified protection.
Some of the other clarifications are a bit... confusing. While the rules say that an Enthralled pawn will die, Riley told me that the Enthrallment will fail: still waiting on clarification on that.

    fontisian is clearly scum.

An actual game of Drunk Mafia could be amazing though. Probably best played IRL.

Lynch: klackerz because a drunk scum-slip is still a scum-slip.
