I really don't care what happens with the Juubi or Sasuke at this point.

Are you trying to point out Hashirama isn't a good guy because he tricked Madara and killed him after Madara repeatedly attacked the village? Yeah, he's such a terrible guy.

 

Plus he was, y'know, a ninja. Stabbing someone in the back when they aren't paying attention is supposed to be method of choice number one. Especially with someone who grew up in the warring clans period.

The Hokages taking the field will turn the tide of battle, though. I'm expecting Naruto and Sasuke tag-team and beat Juubi, while the Hokages handle Madara.

 

So, Naruto is now set up to be buried as the hero as Sasuke, Orochimaru and a bunch of dead guys come to win the day. I'm sure this will be great. Now where's my Beelzebub?

 

The Sasuke and Naruto tag team has been set up since Sasuke learned Fire and Naruto learned wind. One epic explosion.


The only one missing is Jiraiya.

 

If the Hokage Monument doesn't walk them to the battle I'm going to be pretty dissapointed, because if it does then that will make the entire arc worth it.

 

Minato looks less and less impressive with each passing chapter. Hiraishin from the 2nd Hokage, Rasengan from imitating Bijus, Fuinjutsu from the Uzumaki clan and Toad Summoning from Jiraiya....smdh.

They should just call him The Yellow Derivative.

 

Where did it say Hiraishin was from the 2nd? Mustve missed it. Just because he got inspiration for the Rasengan from the bijuu, dosent mean it isnt impressive for a non-host to make it, considering it was never done before.

Wonder what present Minato meant he was bringing for Naruto. Nvm. Just figured out he must mean Kuramas other half.

Yeah, lets trust this guy who's changed sides a dozen times throughout the series, he's a swell guy who's got his head on straight. Well, except for murdering a significant amount of people on whose side he's now fightning, and that's not even taking into account the chaos and mayhem he caused when he let loose all of Orochimaru's experiments on an unsupecting populace, wonder what their kill-count is up to now..

 

While we're at it, let's also trust the guy who tried to annihilate his home village, tried to assassinate his teacher, successfully murdered another Kage, and performed forbidden experiments on his comrades before being caught and run out.

 

Sasuke hasn't killed that many people on their side. Itachi, Danzo, and perhaps some samurai fodder. It's not like they have much choice in the matter regardless. Are they gonna turn down the help of 5 S class ninja? They'd probably still get Hashirama but the rest are under Oro's control.

 

I could only hope, so that Naruto could maybe somehow win the big final battle on his own merits as he damned well ought to without having to be rescued by his rival and a pack of zombies.

 

Sasuke doesn't want Madara to succeed, because that would rob him of his revenge against the Leaf. I doubt he's been redeemed at all.

 

So they're going to turn down valuable help and probably get tens of thousands killed so that Naruto can look good? Madara hasn't even pulled out his most dangerous stuff yet because he didn't want to kill Obito by accident. Now that they aren't controlling the Juubi Obito can leave and let him cut loose.

 

That's probably why I'm not writing the story. Though if I were, this whole zombie Hokage stupidity and Sasuke's face turn would never have happened to begin with, making the entire discussion moot. But, yes, as far as I'm concerned all that matters is Naruto having his crowning moment of awesome.
