From the top of my head I can think of two potential bits that might confirm it.

1)During the chuunin exam, Narutos wound heals very quickly. However Orochimaru had used that seal of his to block Kyuubis chakra so it was not responsible, implying that Naruto has powerfull healing abilities of his own.

2)Kushina survives the whole extraction process and survives. Obviously she no longer had the benefit of Kyuubi healing her (since it had been just ripped out), but still survived while all the other non-Uzumaki jinchuuriki died from the process.

Beyond that I don't know. Its a bit hard to say for sure since Naruto is our "primary" Uzumaki example, and as such its difficult to say where Uzumaki-healing ends and Kyuubi-healing begins.

Oh, and unless I have really missed something major then neither Gaara nor Sasori are Uzumakis. And Tsunade might well have accelerated healing due to her Uzumaki heritage, but she never relies on it since as a super-medic its just more efficient to use active healing.

Karin is a potential problem, but we could indeed just say that Orochimaru did some crazy experiment that altered her so that the Uzumaki healing works not on her, but on others instead. She does have chakra that DOES induce rapid healing so there is a connection there.

Nagato is the only major Uzumaki that cannot easily be explained away. Its possible that the damage he took was just far too major to be healed even by Uzumaki-healing. Its also possible that the Gedo Mazo had something to do with it. I mean Nagato summoned that thing mere moments after he was hurt. Maybe being horribly impaled with huge evil spikes in the back by Juubis dead husk screws you over. Too bad for Nagato.

I've never really seen any indicator that the Uzumaki clan healed quickly. The only evidence I've seen is that Naruto specifically has that ability.

    Non-Kyuubi mode examples:
-Wave mission, Naruto cuts himself. Stops bleeding within a minute.
-Wave mission, Naruto trains himself to exhaustion. Is battle-ready the next morning.
-Chuunin exam preliminaries. Uses Hinata's cream, which accelerates his healing beyond its intended amount.
-Tsunade retrieval arc. Is injured, recovers. Mentions to Shizune that he pretty much recovers from everything by the next morning.

Now it is possible that the Uzumaki clan has some level of healing factor. It would help to explain their durability and longer lifespan. However, if they have it then it would be something more along the lines of the healing factor of wizards from Dresden Files: Helpful in the long-run, not so much in a battle.

And since we are talking canon here, chances are that if it exists globally in Uzumaki's then Kishimoto would have drawn attention to it in the form of a comment. He hasn't shown himself to be a subtle show-don't-tell type of person.

And Movie 6 is out. Haven't seen it yet, watching Eva 3.0.

Stop posting copywrited content streams, thanks. - Jon

EDIT: Upon starting the video, I realized that while the subs are in English, the voice acting isn't in Japanese. Not sure what it is, but it bugged me.

It's in Korean from what I've heard. No idea why or why we haven't got the Japanese voice acting yet which has stopped me from watching.

I watched the 6th movie. It wasn't anything special. Fights were medicore dialog was avarage (people talked past eachother several times) and while seeing characters opposide was neat it wasn't as good as it could be.

Yet another Naruto movie in other words.

That's disappointing. I think this was the only time I found myself looking forward to a Naruto movie rather than just watching it for the sake of it (and the fights).

The movie seemed more focused on showing Sakura just how Naruto truly feels without parents, while giving him some clue as to what it feels like to live with them. And then since the movie was non-canon, they were not allowed to keep this characterization. Just like Gohan and his dragon.

The trailers definitely lied though. I was looking forward to seeing some awesome Hinata and Sasuke action, but it was just an afterthought mostly. Hell, if I hadn't read the preview notes, I wouldn't have realized some of the differences between the characters. Hopefully some fanfics will feature the RTNverse.

Although the line "a ninja is one who endures" gets rather poignant when you consider what Naruto has to go through in this movie.

Also, watching this movie should make it absolutely clear to everyone, if it wasn't abundantly clear already, that it was all about the friendship speeches and the feels (real or imagined) for Kishimoto. Throughout.

While it seems that a lot of readers thought this manga was about Ninja and Power levels and battles and whatnot.

Edit: To the person below this post who's trying to steal my thunder ( Why juu do dis? :( ), It still doesn't change the fact that it was all about the feels and friendship speeches for him. :p

If I recall correctly, he stated in one of his interviews he was deeply affected by the birth of his children and that was what influenced the themes and development of the story.

It is indeed Golden Week, pretty much everything is on vacation. Runs from 29th to the 5th of May.

Ok everybody I just cought up with anime and have a protip for you. Watch 311, before watching the movie(6th road to ninja). Some of the scenes makes more sense in that context.

I don't get it, was Rin a Jinchuuriki?

Also, lulz at Obito giving zero fucks that half of his chest is gone.

No, it's a dimensional transportation thing. It's what Obito used to keep up with the Yondaime during their battle. He uses it to teleport around and to 'phase out' the part of the body his enemies are going to strike.

That's because they're both in the space that Obito normally phases his body parts in to while using his ability to dodge strikes/jutsu/etc and to teleport around.
