Once Minato and the hokages wear everything down then Kishi can let Naruto eat his senzu bean and come in and save the day when they're on the brink. But until then? Meh. I wanna see the legends go at it.

Actually, Tobi-to's job is to revive everyone from the ninja alliance including Neji. Shikaku and Inoichi and other may not get revived as they were far away. Minato may get revived including the Hokages unless they start talking about Will of Fire and perish.

Given that it'd take several days to walk that distance, that's pretty impressive how fast the 4th got there.

 

Uh, unless the Hiraishin tags that were left lying around after he died all of a sudden don't work anymore, that's perfectly within reason.
