American and before that British. I can't link to a YT video but I've linked to the Whose Line website to get you started. It's a really funny improv show consisting of four "actors," three of which were constant for the most part: Colin Mochrie, Wayne Brady and Ryan Stiles with a fourth rotating member and it was hosted by Drew Carey. It's usually really funny and if you haven't watched them I highly suggest doing so.
