Personally I don't read fics with Snape, Draco or Voldemort as main characters anymore. Or hell any male besides Harry. Better safe than sorry after all...

Weird, I never had "surprise, it is a story with a slash!" problem.

 

Short Harry is a bit annoying, I am reading a fic right now with a short Harry and it's distracting, although he makes a comment blaming his height on his upbringing.

Any type of bashing is stupid, but I really dislike Dumbledore and Snape bashing. Also, making Snape friendly is so ridiculous, you would have to have a vastly different AU to pull it off.

Magic being easy to learn is boring.

 

I like Malfoy bashing putting the little shit in his place or when he his boiled in acid and eaten by greyback or he is killed or Harry slices him up drowning in his own blood.

 

Er, is that how you treat all your childhood bullies?

 

I would say no since he didn't mention the other dozen or so bullies.

 

My most hated character is Malfoy!!!
I haven't liked him in the first book (train scene ) but after the fourth I wanted to kill him!!!

 

Uh, I think that was the point of the character. Especially since JKR needed a "villain" to carry the "Man vs. Man" conflict at the same age level as Harry while she set up the Voldemort plot.

 

Please don't call Malfoy a villan. He is so pathetic. On the light side who I hate is Molly Weasley. Too me she GInny except on an older scale. A fat ugly whore who married a looser and just could not stop having sex. The way she treats everyone especially Harry just makes me want to kill her.

 

You mean showering him with affection and providing the first bits of memorable motherly care Harry has literally ever received?

 

She constantly treats Harry as though he is 2, never mind that he has faced Voldemort and lived, something that only him and Dumbledore can claim.

I hate Molly Weasley because she is an over protective, control freak who thinks a guy who has faced Voldemort can't take care of himself. Granted he usually gets the short end of the stick in that regard but OoTP showed he has a lot of potential. I don't even know how anyone can even like her. You like her Jeram?

 

It's not like Harry craved the affection or anything...

 

What about Minerva McGonagall? She never defends any of her students against Snape and it seems as though she never gives anyone a little bit of leeway. The thing I hate most about her is in Ootp when instead of telling Harry to fight Umbridge, or helping him with that bitch's ridiculous punishments, she tells him to be a pussy, a huge fucking pussy.

 

I like Mrs. Weasley, sure. She can be a bit annoying, but she means well, and she truly cares for Harry. She also saw her two brothers die during the previous war, thus she became overprotective. Can you blame her? Also, McGonagall was getting screwed by Ministry interference and ended up getting nearly killed by Aurors when she tried doing anything. Just sayin'.

Speaking about the Weasleys. Bill and Charlie Weasley, who are are pretty much the same character. In every fucking story they are the epitome of cool. With their earings, rat tails, and dragon hide boots vests, they upstage everyone.

Fuck them.

 

You know what? Fuck all canon characters, it is clearly an horrible series which is why we will never speak of HP ever again.

 

My typical source of irritation is bashing and slightly ridiculous hate directed toward fictional characters. And listing "Malfoy is unlikeable" as pet peeve is a bit strange.
