I thought so too, but... it feels too far-fetched. Was #3 in Takamyia's court empty and did Himekawa take advantage of that? Or is he #3 in both courts?

Him being Oga's #3 might feel like an ass-pull depending on how it's handled in the manga.

Well, as I see it, Furuichi is in serious risk of death right now due to Himekawa, who was the one to set Takamiya on him. So, I don't really want to see Himekawa allowed back into Team Oga's good books without suffering some serious repercussions.

I dunno... the demons did a horrible thing to Hilda and now that the next villain arc is up, they've been friendzoned quite seamlessly. It's like nobody even cares they were pretty close to killing quite a few characters just last month.

Beelzebub is over the top that way (intentionally so); though I won't mind Himekawa losing a few teeth. But serious repercussions? Don't see it.

Speaking of Tower Of God why is every anima user so damn creepy. Verdi, Ren, that dude from the untrustworthy room test

Using anima itself is pretty damn creepy. It fits I suppose.

Nare was alright, other than her fixation on Koon's bag. And then there's Yu Han Sung...well, he isn't really creepy to me. An absolute bastard, sure, but not quite a weirdo unless it's instant coffee time. So that's three creepers out of five. I guess the odds are a bit higher?

I still haven't picked that series back up. Completely lost interest in it when Keima went back in time and turned into like some eight year old kid (not reading a harem comedy about a child, sorry).

Well, it's for just an arc or two - and it's still funny, so doesn't bother me. Keima should be back soon enough.

Eh, chapter was about what I expected it to be. Not all too impressed with Mad Dog at all and hoping Viole cleans his clock good.

Everybody loves Baam eh? Right now the 'Mad Dog' doesn't seem anything special, so I'm waiting around for a bit of character development. What I'm really interested in is seeing Baam pushed to his limits and using his FUG training to its full extent- something that should have been done when he faced Love.

Still not trusting that SIU isn't going to pull a bait and switch on that. He's been too transparently setting this (Viole vs Mad Dog) up for him to play it completely straight.

He did outright say this arc would have the first legitimate fight Viole's had. I agree that he's probably playing with the readers with Mad Dog though. It'll probably be against Beta or completed Emilie or something.

Viole vs Mad Dog? Maybe but don't expect the fight to be resolved or even finished if it does happen at all.
It would be more interesting to see exactly how far Viole's abilities extend past an ordinary regular, assuming that FUG didn't exactly leave the Mad Dog an ordinary regular either.

    A bit late, but Beelzebub.

Oga don't give no fucks about your tragic flashback.

    Also cooking.

About as badass as could be given the situation, though it still sucks that Souma barely passes while other bitches score double the required threshold.

Most interesting bit is the Regular 'Michelle' in Xia Xia's group. Hoping this is SIU trying to troll readers. I really do not want to have a Rachel appearance in this arc. There's too much going on already to throw that into the mix too, and it's such a contrived way to add more drama. I don't think she's there, since it makes zero sense relative to her known motivations, but gah.

Given what he said before about how he comes up with names, I think it's just a coincidence. She hasn't been referred to as Michelle Light since the floor of test IIRC, so he might have just forgotten he used that name in the moment he was randomly putting in names off the top of his head.

I highly doubt he would shove Rachel into an arc that already has two or three simultaneous stories going on. It would be a complete waste of such a valuable drama tool.
