God damn it. He didn't even have to fight the Juubi like Naruto did to gain full control. This is so stupid.

 

Now we just wait for Naruto's next power-up.

 

Nah, Sasuke will gain the Rinnegan with Naruto's assistance, brofist and defeat the Juubi. Then they will go on perverted shenanigans all across the elemental nations in honor of Jiraiya/revive the Uchiha Clan. Leaving all the paperwork to an unamused Tsunade. Also Bee will join them and make a rap montage of there adventure

 

I think that's the only remotely satisfying ending that we can hope for at this point.

 

All I want to know is if that cloak is made of skin.

 

Looks like. Or whatever you'd call the Juubi's flesh.

 

Shouldn't be too long before Naruto nails him with a Care Bear Stare.

You never watched the care bears when you were a child? You know, those beams they shot out of their stomachs that were full with friendship and love which cured evil and loneliness or something.

 

In other words, Naruto starts talking. And Flash Backs to sad childhoods. Can't forget that.

 

That was disappointingly underwhelming. It looked very effortless considering what Naruto had to do to get control of the Kyubi's power.

By the way, are we supposed to sympathise with Obito? 'Cause I kinda don't.

 

I cannot be the only one who is kind of pissed that Minato somehow finds it surprising that Naruto can keep up with Sasuke, what the fuck is that shit? It should be the other way round because as far as I can see Naruto can curbstomp Sasuke right now.

 

Naruto is kind of exhausted at the moment, while Sasuke isn't. If they were both fresh then Sasuke would struggle to keep up, but this arc seems to have been written specifically so that the Uchiha characters can seem powerful when compared to everyone else.

 

Just as craptacular as I was expecting it to be. Goddamn Uchiha bullshit. "Oh, lookit me, I have a Sharingan, all I need to do is actually use it and I can control THE FUCKING TEN-TAILS."

Fucknugget.

 

I don't like any of the present characters anymore. Minato doesn't have anymore presence. He's just there. To make it worse, I confuse him often for Naruto because they have the same damn cloak.

Also, Naruto's chakra cloak is supposed to let him be as fast as Minato's thunder god, unless I misread something, so aside from diverting energy balls he seems redundant.

Naruto's lost all of his momentum. Sasuke's the hero now, he's got some form of kamui... Sakura can join in with her friends....

For once, I'm thankful Jiraiya's dead and not coming back. At least they won't sully his memory with this stupid new shit like they did with Minato.

 

Obito is confused. Obito hurt itself due to confusion.

 

I think Minato's Flying Thunder God is a teleport thing, so it's instantaneous, whereas Naruto's chakra cloak just lets him move really fast. I might be mistaken about this though.

 

Was it ever said that Naruto's cloak was as fast as Minato's jutsu? They were compared sure but it was on the basis of them being fast and yellow.

I don't really care about Obito controlling the Juubi. Madara seems to have been experimenting on the Juubi to make it easier for him to control and he was doing so before it was even sealed into him so what makes it surprising now? Naruto's experiences in comparison are irrelevant. He also controlled six jinchuuriki as his paths a little while ago so he has some experience. That being said I still found the chapter kind of boring.

 

Hiraishin is basically teleporting and Naruto's is pure speed, but it was implied back during the Naruto v Raikage fight that they are about equal as they both evaded the Raikage's punch.

 

It was just meant to show that he was as fast as Minato who was considered the fastest ninja ever. I wouldn't think of it as a direct comparison to the Hiraishin.
