Edit: I swear I've seen every piece of these chapters play out in fanfiction in some way already, especially that dual attack.

 

Was kinda amusing with the Second's whole "Hey, you know that massively overpowered Death Ball you just threw at us? Yeah, you can have it back. Bye!" KA-THOOM.

 

Well, at least with Shikamaru the whole Hokage thing didn't come out of nowhere. As to the fight, still boring and lackluster.

 

To be fair, Shikamaru as Hokage was mentioned all the way back when Asuma died. A decent chapter this time but there wasn't all that much going on.

Edit: Took me 2 hours to notice that I got ninja'd. How skillful.

 

Every single thing the main characters do seem utterly pointless when we see what Madara and Hashirama are capable of. Kishi overpowered them to such an extent that other overpowered characters look like nothing in comparison. It's so frustrating to read these chapters, because you just know Hashirama or Madara could probably beat Obito on their own.

 

Obviously not. Madara maybe because he seems to have some sort of contingency plan but Hashirama would be outclassed as well. Tobi's in his Aizenfree evolution. That pretty much means he's stopped using his signature power but he presumably still has it along with the Rinnegan stuff.

 

I don't see why Tobi doesn't just use the Juubis power combined with his sharingan hax to make himself god, you have the ability to make illusion reality, and the power to back it up. Even if you want to say no that's not enough power, just use the rinnegan to take the whole army's chakra/souls to power up.

 

Just Tsukiyomi the moon already you fuck.

 

I remember having this image of the Juubi, reconstructed, being a truly massive being, it's form shrouded in darkness of its own creation and with two gigantic, clawed hands.
Upon formation, it would inspect its surroundings, completely ignoring any and all attempts at control, then laugh a high pitched, truly terrible laugh, reverbating as if coming from a thousand different people. Then, in a similarly echoing voice, it would rumble 'Whole, at last.'
Then people would die.

I liked Naruto this chapter. And finally, a little more on the whole Kyuubi deal. Kind of insane how powerful the Nine-tails might actually be, considering the circumstances.

 

Oh hell yes. I thought he'd forgotten about Yin!Kyuubi. Senjutsu hitting Jubito is also cool, and makes sense considering the lore behind it. Actually looking forward to the next chapter.

 

If they Kyuubi Yin and Yang recombine, would Kurama be able to act as an enormous reservoir of normal chakra to balance Nature Energy against?
