These Buzzfeed lists are always overly chummy clickbait designed to appeal to a really wide demographic of people who think they're a really narrow demographic, so I'm not sure this one is evidence I'm a superfan.

On the other hand, I'm writing this on a website called "Dark Lord Potter."

    1. Pokemon is probably more a bigger part of my childhood than Harry Potter.
    2. Don't care, as they are both Harry Potter.
    3. Being forced to watch Twilight multiple times has raised my tolerance to it.
    4. Only on IRC/forums
    5. Opinions...
    6. Never seen it.
    7. Only if they ask for some movies to watch.
    8. And?
    9. Nope.
    10. More idle curiosity than desperation.
    11. No
    12. The first four I've read multiple times, the last 3 once.
    13. But Dobbys death was so sad.... no.
    14. Scarlet Johanson already took that spot.
    15. Is anyone else confused with this question?
    16. Not really thinking about death at 21.
    17. Nope, way more important things to do.
    18. That would be like my father trying to get me to watch the Waltons
    19. I'm British, so I've actually had to read Shakespeare for english lit.
    20. No.

    1. Eh, not really. I even avoided the books until the first three were out because I thought they sounded stupid.
    2. Of course, but then I tend to say that about most adaptations.
    3. Is this really a sign that you're a HP fan?
    4. Once or twice (outside of DLP and the internet)
    5. Only as a joke.
    6. Never seen it.
    7. At this point, no.
    8. The fuck is that supposed to mean?
    9. No?
    10. No.
    11. Nope.
    12. Yes.
    13. No.
    14. Nah.
    15. Nope.
    16. Doubt it.
    17. Not really.
    18. If I ever have any, of course.
    19. Yep.
    20. No.
    21. Eh, sort of.
    22. It'll probably be more of a nostalgia thing by then, but sure.

There should be a few more numbers
    23) You've read more words of Harry Potter fanfiction than there are words in the actual series
    24) You've written more words of Harry Potter fanfaction than there are words in the actual series

...isn't twenty three a given? I mean, since Harry Potter inspired so much fanfiction, you'd definitely read more words than canon... D:

    ...well, fuck.

Shame on me for appearing retarded, assuming everyone read fanfiction and all. But, like, those people exist?? People who have read Harry Potter and not felt as though they needed something more to compensate for the plot holes and shitty ending?

I'd bet the person who wrote the buzzfeed article hasn't read a single piece of fanfiction.

You're probably right Anarchy. Now let's see.

1- It was a big part, but nothing huge, maybe the 6th or 7th biggest part.
2- Both are valid opinions, specially to fans of cinema. I prefer the books in HP, but in LOTR I like the movies much more.
3-Read all thae 4 Twiligths books and saw one movie. They range from just annoying to really strange and bad, but the are much worse shit.
    4- Just here.
5- I have friends that refuse to listen any music beside sertanejo (Brazil's very, very shitty version of country music) and are big Twilight and Jonah Hex fans (male friends) so if they only dislike HP it's fine.
6- Nonjon and Rorschach's Blot have that. also, never could get past the first ten minutes.
7- Only a rock doesn't know what HP is, and that's true since 2003.
8- To quote the Hat: "Good Hufflepuff, she took the rest", so, they are meant to be bashed, at least by canon.
9- Never met a big fan of HP. At least, of the books.
10- Never heard of it. And never saw Daniel outside HP.But I really wanted to see that movie/mini-series with him and Jon Hamm, A Young Doctor's Notebook.
11- I will never do cosplay in my life, except getting a Stormtrooper costume.
12- True, except the DH, only read it twice.
    13- Not really.
14- Oh boy, no, just no. Olivia Wilde is my queen, goddess, empress, everything.
    15- No.
    16- Never heard of it.
17- On the very lower places, but it's something I want to do.
18- There are better things, but it's definitely something I will do.
19- Never understood the problem. I could pronounce it correctly on my first try, in both portuguese and english. And that's when my english was just beyond the basics, And even today I can't pronounce world. I just can't.
    20- No.
21- I enjoy some of them them, specially the bit about Dumbledore. Some are idiotic, like Luna's. And the one about Merlin, that hurted me.
22- It will always be one of the major parts of my childhood and teens. And thanks to this site, my early adulthood too, at least.

    Also

23- At least 10 times more. I was at home doing nothing for the last 8 months, no school, college or work so I read. I love reading more than anything, so when I really got into fanfic I sometimes read 8 to 12 hours a day.
    24- No.

    4. Yes.
    5. Meh, doesn't really matters.
    6. Never watched it.
    7. I prefer introducing people that read Harry Potter to fanfiction.
    8. No.

    11. No.
