I can't see this being anything other than a parody, but I couldn't bring myself to even click on the story to find out.

 

Not only does the summary not even function as a summary, but the quote chosen doesn't give me a reason to even want to check out the first chapter. And do note that it is supposed to be Angst/Family. What?

I was about rip on you for posting a stupid-story-line-but-not-worthy-summary type of summary here. Then I focused on the spelling. Seriously people, it's the first introduction to a story. If someone can't be bothered to edit a summary, why would I ever want to read the story?

I just don't get it.

I don't see what's so bad about it that it deserves to be called one of "Fanfiction's Worst Summaries".

It has a bit of a grammar problem and I can tell already that the author is going to be using a helluva lot of adverbs and poor dialogue tags, but other than that there's nothing really wrong with it. If anything it's a perfect summary because it gives a fairly accurate portrayal of the story's contents and the author's skill level.

For instance: I can tell immediately that the premise is a love story between Harry Potter and Voldemert's daughter - which is a story I might enjoy reading -, but likewise I can tell that Voldemort's daughter will be a Mary Sue and the romance will be poorly handled - which stops me from reading the story.

 

I just started searching through recent stories looking for a good one and I think I found one...

THE GRYFINDOR AND THE SLYTHERIN

harrry is kinda like a rogue a bit like the ice queen, no nonsense guy. romance. weaselys, draco ,hermione, daphne, neville ginny u know the main stuff. so what happens if harry got into contact with magic earlier. read and find out.

 

No reason for me to repeat a post.

 

Just stumbled upon this gem. Someone has to be trolling. The story itself is even better than the summary.
