Stitches by Farmer Kyle is a crossover between Bleach and Fate Stay Night.

Basically, it plays after Ichigo lost his powers, goes to Fuyuki City and becomes Master of Assassin (Apocrypha Assassin) in the 5th Holy Grail War. Only 3 chapters so far, which is the reason why I am posting it in this thread.

Not even 20 000 words yet, so, too short to recc properly but what there is, is pretty solid. Especially the writing and tone in chapter 3 becomes superb, capturing the tone and feel of the Fate series with Kirei. What I like about it is, that Ichigo is powerless (as in, no Shinigami powers) and I am curious to see how he will deal with this situation like that.

I always hate it when the Masters can fight on equal footing as the Servants, or that they are even stronger, which Ichigo would probably be and the dynamic between them promises great things to come. Maybe a bit early but I really liked it so far.

The Equestrian Equation and Shades of Twilight are crossovers beetween Mass Effect and MLP:FiM.

The first one deals with Commander Shepard investigating the Klendogan Weapon for The Illusive Man, and dealling with ponies and Equestria. The second story deals with ponies on the Citadel and roughly will span the time beetween the end of ME2 and begining of ME3.

Both stories are presented in a form of 'choose-your-own-adventure', with readers having three or more options on which they can vote, and the story follows the most popular option. The first story is finished, while the second still have not ben updated for some time.

The writting is good, the characters are IC, but the plot is quite obvious once you read couple of chapters. It's not something outstending, but a good time-sink, and a good read. I would give it a 3,5/5.

Did a quick search and didn't see this story,

    Dragons
    Author: Annonimous4862 PM
For a brief amount of time, the hermit remembered, and he felt he had to do something... and perhaps he did. But then he forgot, and just returned to his questions.
    Fiction T - English - Eragon S. & Dragonborn/Dovahkiin - Chapters: 18 - Words: 148,677 - Reviews: 531 - Favs: 418 - Follows: 447 - Updated: 07-18-13 - Published: 09-16-12 - id: 8532059

Honestly? I'm not entirely sure how I feel about this, on one hand- I enjoy to some degree how the author handles Dovahkiin, and the background that is fleshed throughout the story. On the other, I greatly dislike how the Varden were dealt with, the way Eragon is treated isn't exactly wrong per se, but it comes off as the opinion of the author rather than the main character.

Pros: Lore. Grammar and spelling don't make me want to slap the writer.
Cons: Lore. Characterization is rather spotty in places.

    Overall, 2-3/5.
I feel that it's a decent time waster.

On that note, anyone else know of some Elderscrolls fics that aren't godawful?

Yes, I've read the one with Saber. And the one with Hinata. And the one written by Lamora. And one involving Morrowind that was mildly nostalgic.

Ms Katonic has one series and a story that are alright, and are non-crossover.

Nightshade and Juniper follows Liriel, the Dragonborn, and her adventures with Madanach. Before the story she's become Archmage and Listener, although Astrid still runs the sanctuary. She's an elf, with all the trouble/racism that entails.

Then there's the Cicero Dragonborn series. The early stages are great fun, and Cicero is often presented well, and it might be worth trying. Starts with "With a Dragonborn Like This".

Most Elder Scrolls fics I've read are pretty terrible, which is unfortunate as it's my favourite game series. I remember a huge majority of stories pre-Skyrim were written by Lucien Lachance obsessed fangirls, which weirded me out. That guy was fucking creepy.

One story I liked recently was The Curse's Bounty by Kira Mackey, and it's sequel. Both stories put together it's around 230k words and still updating pretty frequently, which is definitely nice. If you can get through the OC love interest at the beginning being somewhat Mary Sue it gets a lot better, though I still don't like her very much. The story is written pretty well technically, and it's an original storyline rather than just a rehash of canon guilds or MQ.

The sequel's story so far has been really interesting too - the protagonist is leading an expedition down into Blackreach which was pretty cool.

Sometimes it's easy to see the familiar in the faces around you. Sometimes it sucks to figure out why.

An unusual fic that takes on the guise of a highschool AU fic that hides a more sinister reality. I found the main selling point to be the humorous interactions between Team 7 and their relatives followed by the feels that later come down the road.

A more serious, emotive piece that's similar to the Twenty Truths format and is focused Kakashi. Been a while since I read but I'd say it's about what made Kakashi the man he is. I didn't quite like how the ending was handled but I enjoyed on the whole.

    Bleach

    Psychopomp
"You didn't think that people in kimonos performed soul burials on Egyptian pharaohs, or Vikings, did you?" Two fighters part ways on bad terms. Can two friends meet on the battlefield to mend the broken world? A Winter War story where deities from other pantheons take sides, and two hotheads self-reflect through trials of blood and steel…literally. Tatsuki-centric, Ensemble-piece
    Rated: Fiction T - English - Drama/Adventure - Tatsuki A. & Ichigo K. - Chapters: 19 - Words: 128,319 - Reviews: 258 - Favs: 172 - Follows: 180 - Updated: 08-27-13 - Published: 04-03-09 - id: 4968266

Like it says on the tin: Bleach + mythological beings. But I'd say the main focus is on Tatsuki and the complicated relationship between her and Ichigo starting from when Orihime was taken. It brings the remaining humans characters into the fold who try to find their own way to defend themselves, whilst Ichigo's group undergo numerous trials traveling through different dimensions on their way to save Orihime. It's definitely a fitting fic for others like me who thought Tatsuki's (and Keigo and Mizuiro's) potential was wasted.

    Familiar of Zero/Prototype

    Unfamiliar
As is typical for Familiar of Zero fanfics, Louise summons someone other than Saito. But in this case she summons Alex Mercer, a shapeshifting, tentacled monstrosity from the Prototype video game series.

It's definitely one of the more interesting FoZ fics that I've read and Mercer's presence creates quite the stir, exceptionally since in this version beings like himself already existed and were feared and hated by the populace. The characterisation are more interesting than usual and Louise's personality is steadily taken a darker turn whilst Mercer tries to be more human. It's gotten to a decent length but looks to be abandoned now or on hiatus.

    Batman

    Bruce Has A Problem
So this is what happens when Harley Quinn discovers the Batman's true identity and decides to drop the Joker in favour of him. A crackish type fic that explores their relationship and the effect this has one everyone else through two major arcs at this point. Different parts are written by different authors but most of what's been done fits together, even if the quality varies.

This is an awesome story. I will probably recommend it for the library once the plot picks up, but for now, enjoy.

It's a really fresh take on Red's journey. It isn't anywhere close to a game rehash. It's pretty fucking gnarly, just check it out. You may not enjoy the opening just for stylistic reasons. The plot so far has just been Red getting on his adventure. Short chapters and sporadic updating schedule, but awesome enough to be worth it.

I just recently read this one, Drifting

All in all, it's really just a somewhat OC Naruto, or rather, a Naruto that has a better understanding of the world around him. The first couple of chapters might seem a little cliche, with the making toward a super Naruto, but the fic gets better. It's honestly has been a LONG time since I've read any Naruto fic, especially one this long. The only downside to this is that the story seems to move slowly in comparison to canon timeline, but that's because there are so many side events that the author comes up with (which, by the way, is why the story is fun to read because it's not a rehash).

I didn't mention it because it doesn't really show up often in the fic. There's some interactions with Naruto/Tayuya, and some passing mentions of girls thinking he's cool, but that's about it. 300k+ words and I don't think there's a single instance of him even holding hands with a girl.

I guess you could say that. Though, my picture of a Harem manga/anime usually consist of countless fan-service/half nude scenes of girls trying to seduce the main character. This fic doesn't have any of that. Honestly, I put this up on the thread without even remembering there was a Harem tag in the summary.

So far, it seems in Drifting that a lot of girls Naruto meets have at least a bit of a crush on him, but the only one that anything has happened with is Tayuya. Overall, I've liked Drifting thus far, but some things in the latest chapter really put me off and raised my hackles.

In particular, the cliche presence of another jinchuuriki in the chuunin exams, as well as at least one or two OC's with ridiculous abilities and personalities. All the singing and lyrics included in this chapter were also rather grating.

Another guilty pleasure of mine... While the writings is good, especially the Action scenes, and the plot doesn´t dissolve into a shambling mess that destroy most Crossovers it still has some room for improvement.

Ah. For those confused by the Hiatus. The ME2 story part is finished and can easily stand alone it just the ME3 part remains but it seems like the author got a book deal and wants to concentrate on that.
