Australia doesn't have lions or gorrillas or honey badgers or leopards or hippos or elephants or rhinos.

 

And yet, somehow, every single one of those animals has been bred in captivity.

 

I'm confused how having sex in a cage and responding to rewards has anything to do with the danger of an animal. Dogs are "domesticated" and they can still kill you.

 

No, but they have those giant freaking spiders, the size of small dogs, that freaking jump at you and that trumps all those pansy animals you listed. *shudder* fucking spiders.

 

Exactly. Even they aren't fucking with Australian wildlife. Somewhere down the migratory timeline, honey badgers took a look at Australia and said 'Nope, fuck that.' Fucking honey badgers.

At which point, all those other species probably took one look at Australia, before deciding to take their chances with the honey badgers. Humans are literally the only species stupid enough to live there willingly.
