Yup. FNatic now takes on the winner of the Chinese QF tomorrow, so, good luck to them. Potential for an all EU final is still there, the only possible region that can have a dual top 2 finish.

This match interests me slightly more. Black Sword have the strongest comp arguably ever put together on paper, yet they went out in the group stages of this year's OGN Summer, have yet to play and have only been scrimming with their sister team Najin Shield since Shield arrived in the States a few days ago.

Well, I forgot Sword's new mid didn't have International experience and the random support swap doesn't make any sense to me... Will this screw over Sword like it did Ozone when they refused to use Homme? Damn Gambit, just please stop these Baron's, my heart can't take it.

I can't think of the last time Alex had a good game on Ori, he always seems to get stomped on all game long - at least, in the games that instantly come to mind.

Much better game fron NJS in game 2, seems like there was a dispute between Gambit's bot seeing how often Voidle would go deep/get caught and Genja would just walk away - The first blood being the best example. Voidle just stayed to die while Genja seemed to think about going in and then backing out a couple of times, ultimately doing nothing. That said, it's Sona, ain't no saving her if she's caught at level 1, damn melee minion.

Edit; Yeah, Alex needs an assassin to perform well it would seem, judging by his game 2 & 3 performance thus far. Voidle seems to be going Rambo on Sona which I question when Zyra was open, but eh.

Yup. That Croc was huge and Voidle just... Not his day on Sona.

Ive run organized team comps with Morde in them. He brings tons of power but you need to play a disengage/counter engage comp with him in top or mid because of his low mobility and susceptibility to ganks. Basically your jungler counterganks top (or you do a 2v1 lane that Morde is great at) until 6 or 7. Then like rumble you force a dragon fight and snowball from there.

Realistically Morde's strengths is his high consistent damage, surprising burst, and tankiness. Putting him in a 2v1 lane is the best place for him because he has the best 2v1 farm ive seen yet. Your cooldowns and clear are better than gragas and you can afford to play forward and poke anyone near minions because you are immune to trading. Take an assassin mid and have a 3 man roam when Morde hits 6 and you're basically assured to get kills or pressure the oppposing bot lane out of lane. Wherein you can use Morde to Off tank Dragon as long as he has his spell vamp item (not wraith).

After thay tactically you play Morde as a mid liner and use his ult as the counter engage for when a medium priority target tries to poke or dive in.

So, NaJin Black Sword vs SKT Telecom1 tonight.

    Thoughts?

We've already had a couple of predictions in the ranked thread, personally I'm rooting for SKT T1 as revenge for Gambit - Sword still look pretty weak compared to what people were thinking and Gambit just tilted incredibly hard as they often do.

Have to catch this live because I'm excited to see it live, tech issues or not - so sleeping shortly and getting up 10 minutes before in the hopes my ancient laptop starts up in time.

Frankly, I think SKT is a better team. That said, I want Sword to win, if only to give Fnatic a better chance and to make Sword 'that team that came second twice'.

For that matter, wasn't it Sword that knocked M5 out of Worlds last year?

Didn't realize anyone even cared about worlds anymore. Dyrus' stream has more viewers than worlds atm, and I think even Phantomlord's stream had more than worlds last time it was on. I know I certainly don't care about it.

The last two seasons of Champions has shown that SKT are the better team, though Sword still have a good enough team to pull something out on the day.

TPA knocked out Gambit last year.

You do realize that that is a re-run stream, right? Not even on an official channel?
