Also love the dialogue between Naruto and Obito. Just captivating and new.

 

I liked this chapter, honestly. Mostly because it reminded me of pre-timeskip Naruto. I'd honestly been waiting for him to say "because I don't go back on my word." It's the kind of campy, simple shit I enjoyed when Naruto was still 12.

 

So he has started with the therapy no jutsu. I already think it will work on Obito

 

Madara will be redeemed too. He in past, probably, understood that hidden villages would need some super powerful common enemy to bring them together, so he decided to become this enemy himself.

 

Madara isn't nearly cool enough to pull a Lelouch at this point :/

 

Pretty sure that there's a Naruto fanfic with that exact premise. He has the Sharingan too!! The joy

 

I'd be happy to see a Sharingan Naruto fic done well, to be honest.

 

I wouldn't because 1 good Sharingan fic mean there is uncountable number of crappy fics and at least few hundread ohgodmyeyes...

IT would put me off fandom probably.

 

I'm pretty sure those shitty fics exist anyway? I've ignored a whole hell of a lot of eyehax Naruto fics.

 

And the existing hundreds of fics that already feature Sharingan Naruto or made-up-awesome-eyes Naruto haven't? A well written one wouldn't be too awful, a few potential plot points in it anyway. And it's not like the fandom itself isn't at this point full of complete crap, a few more wouldn't make any difference.

On topic, this just gets weirder the more I read. Didn't find the Kakashi stuff too out of the question, compared to the rest of it at least, that was almost painfully normal compared to evil tree of doom and the fusion dance ripoff.

 

... I cannot begin to express my disappointment with this chapter.

Seriously, it would have been awkward if Neji was still around: "Er, Sai? You mind sitting out of this one? I don't really have enough tails and...stop pouting."

First thought was a DNA sword and then that Fierce Deity Sword from Majora's Mask

 

Not bad, not bad at all. The short bit about Hokage!Obito was really quite interesting to see.

I don't mind the chakra cloak thing. The DNA sword was retarded though.
