Let's hope this means they put more effort into it.

Ya let's hope because Arrow just made them look really bad in comparison.

I'm almost done with the first season. It's a hell of a lot better than this.

The first 2 episodes of Arrow are absolutely horrendously cheesy, but I've been assured by it seems everyone I know that it gets far better, so maybe don't be put off that?

    Actually... no.

Arrow is good for gritty action, high production value, believably human chars, and a somewhat-logical story progression.

But realistic drama? No. The trademark CW cheesiness doesn't ever go away.

I'd give it an overall 8 out of 10.

So far, Agents gets a 6.

Yeah, after finishing the first season my biggest complaint has to be the sheer amount of tween-pandering drama relationshit. Oliver has like, four love interests or something? The rest of it manages to be good in spite of that though.

Damn, when my friends said it gets better I thought they meant that bullshit got toned down a bit, really put me off when I tried to watch it.

Yeah, you really cant expect NOT to be brutally bombarded with that when watching something on the CW. Supernatural is like the only show that manages to naturally avoid it, choosing instead to highlight Sam and Dean's hilariously bad brotherly love/angst.

Supernatural? Avoid it? I don't think we've been watching the same show, mate. There's more melodrama in Supernatural than in some daytime soaps.

I'm saying it's a different type of drama. That's all.

Last nights episode was god awful. Honestly if the next two weeks don't blow me away I'm probably going to drop this.

If at least one of those scientists die, the show will improve by 50%.

Will we see the return of graviton this season? Will he get made younger by the material?
Quinn might be a recuring semi villain, I wonder if he will be after vibranium or adamantium next? He could potentially go after that element tony made for his arc reactor.
While the gravitonium has been hidden away, that small prototype will likely have been studied, so shield might secretly develop it or search for more of that material.
what would happen if gravitonium was shot into the sun?

Tonight's episode was a massive improvement from the last two not that that's saying much. However at least it gave you the feeling that who or whatever they're going up against will show up in one of the future movies probably Captain America or Ant man.

I really enjoyed that episode. I was very close to dropping this show, in fact I probably wouldn't of watched this episode without basabbath's post above.

Glad I did, if it can at the very least maintain this quality, it should be very enjoyable.

I'm actually kind of enjoying this show. It's a different Coulson feel but that's to be expected what with the mystery surrounding the show. My two big peeves with this is the accents from Fitz-Simmons team and the almost formulaic "team has problem, Coulson takes case, team solves problem, Coulson knew it all along" which is slowly starting to annoy me greatly.

That said, Jackson's cameo was fucking hilarious and I hope we see more, maybe even a whole episode with him which would be great.

I haven't seen the last two episodes because the promos looked a bit cheesy. I'm still waiting for someone to say, "The show has just become awesome," before I go back to it.

I can't wait until Community comes back in January (fingers crossed).

Also, what is up with Candian TV? My friend said they also get American shows later and don't have access to Hulu so Netflix is her first option for actually watching something interesting.

This newest episode was predictable, but I thought it was quite well done. The pair-o-nerds finally had some believable character interactions.
