To be fair it was actually four who survived the initial sabotage, but Robert went full on crazy and killed himself plus the other guy. I don't really think that's an excessive amount though.

Plus, they tried to make it look like an accident so they couldn't turn it into a a gigantic fireball of death.

 

Why care what it looks like when there is no one alive to witness it?

 

There would still be evidence if/when the ship is found and recovered.

 

You know, just in case Olliver survived, washed ashore on an island where a terrorist organization made camp, and happened to be saved by a group of people who trained him to be an expert archer, martial artist, and killer. And then, after being the sole survivor on the island, made it back home and vowed to take vengeance on anyone who fucked with his city.

 

The ship was found and was being used as collateral against Merlyn, so obviously there was evidence of sabotage with the way they had done it.

I don't agree that they should have blown up the yacht, but the logic against it is flawed.

 

If they'd gone full TNT on the boat no one would have survived. Then go salvage the damn thing yourself. Obviously money wasn't an issue. Overall it was poorly thought through, but I guess the flaws make the story so now I'm just over analyzing.

 

Just watched the newest episode and I seriously love how they don't drag shit out.
That and I'm so glad that the guy in the mask from the trailer wasn't another villain they stole from Batman.

 

Brother Blood was a Teen Titans character. Obviously this version's quite a bit different though, namely in that he doesn't worship demons. Well, probably.

Yeah, they didn't beat around the bush with Sarah/Black Canary. I'm glad for that. Hopefully they also don't draw out Laurel's little substance abuse problem.

Unfortunately after the Dollmaker, the Mayor didn't really stack up as a villain.

League of Assassins next week, hope that's good.

I just want to see Arrow fight choreography cover a Bane (or at least Bane-reminiscent) fight. That would be so good.

 

Brother Blood was known to have nearly impervious skin and supernatural strength. So I am betting the drug gives you that.

The second because he said it would and the first for a couple reasons. One, I don't think he would have stood up to the Mayor if he thought he could die and secondly because he is going to be the season's big villian. In order for that to have any drama either he has to be skilled enough to avoid to Green Arrow's attacks or impervious to them.

 

Damn. Stephen Amell learned how to act. That was a hell of a performance. Literally twice as good as anything he's done to this point in the show.

 

Yup she should probably have an overdose soon and die or something that makes her unable to become Black Canary. I really don't want her to be Black canary.

 

I'm guessing she'll have a really bad OD soon, either due her switching to harder drugs or someone replacing her drug of choice with something else.

I'm leaning toward the second one happening since they have to give her the Canary Cry somehow.

 

I guessed Sara was gonna be alive from all the spoilers. Didnt guess Oliver knew she survived the boat, but I guess since he thought she died anyway, he didnt see the point in saying she lived and then died on the island or whatever he thought happened.

Nice name drop about Slade, and nice avoidance by Oliver.

And is there gonna be any guy who is genuine in the show? Reveal at the end was slightly disapointing.

 

I don't know how genuine he was to begin with I mean he trashed Oliver at the benefit Ollie threw for him and his last name is blood which was kind of a massive clue.
