I have done many humble bundle and my account value doesn't change, now I have over 30 games with value of 50$ and I can't use steamgifts even if I want to.

 

They don't count the value of bundled games when checking your account worth for registration.

 

This is all speculation for now but Steam might be killing cross region gifting/trading soon down the road. This was found in the steam database on a test game.

Amazon will have Payday 2 4 pack for $30 on Black Friday. I can host a 4 pack if any DLPers are interested. It'll be about $7.50 per.

So I just bought Company of Heroes 2 on Steam and immediately afterwards got a 40% off coupon for it - I assume I can't use this to get money back off my purchase but have to gift it to someone else?

Just asking because I've never had a coupon before, was rather confused by it appearing just after I started downloading CoH 2.

 

You can't use it to get money back on a purchase you've already made. You can gift it to someone else, buy another copy of the game with it and try to sell the game afterwards to profit, or try to sell the coupon.

Rumor is Bestbuy is selling the Elder Scrolls Anthology for $30 on Black Friday. It has been reportedly on a few different sites, I just haven't found a source for the claim.

 

Confirmed. Best Buy will be selling the Anthology for $30 on Black Friday. Can't tell if it's for PC though.
