At the same time, when posting in any old thread, story or not, I definitely hope for more meat from a necro instead of a very basic contribution like the ones being made 5 months ago. Just because reviving a conversation deserves more thought (and better capitaliztion).

You know until that scene with Peeves I thought he was kind of annoying. That scene helped make him a much more interesting character\poltergist.

One of my favorite scenes is when Harry buries Dobby. It just captures who he is as a person.


In the books, after the moment of despair, when Harry realizes it wasn't his dad but he who cast the Patronus.

 

I don't think it adds anything to Peeves, he still just causes havoc. It doesn't really matter if it is directed or not because it seems like he could be directed to do it to anyone.

I loved the entire time travel section of the third book. The way in which self-consistency shed a whole different light on what had happened and showed not everything was as it seemed was interesting.
