Also, keep in mind that for some exclusives with mega evolutions (Tyranitar and Aggron, for example), while the pokemon itself is exclusive to one version, the mega stone is exclusive to the other one (Tyranitarite being exclusive to X despite Tyranitar being Y exclusive, and vice versa for Aggron.) It's probably easier to trade an exclusive pokemon than an exclusive mega stone.

 

Worth noting that the real limiting factor is the mega stone. It's pretty easy to find the exclusive pokemon in the other game in the friend safari.

Yeah but considering the Maison cheats, it'll also be annoying to get all the bp. I don't think anything like this would ever happen outside of the Maison. Just one of the many videos people have been linking.

30% and 70% are quite different however, to be fair.

Just had a similar sequence actually in the Maison. Opponent hit blizzard 5 straight times, freezing me at the end. During that sequence, I missed the confusion check 3 straight times.

 

Thunder has a 30% chance to miss. Sheer cold has a 30% chance to hit. Both can happen 3 times in a row.

 

Sure, assuming everything is level. I haven't seen anything lucky break that way in the player's favor yet in the Maison.

Can someone hook me up with some PokeBank clarification? Is it save specific or what? Cuz I have a hankering to scratch my current save and start up a Nuzlocke, but I've bred too much shit that I don't want to lose. Can I just upload those guys to the bank and download them on any subsequent new game?

 

As far as I know, it's not save specific. You can send your Pokemon to the bank, restart your game, and then take them back into your new game. Otherwise, what's the point of it?

Also, I'm on the same wavelength as you. I want to play a Y Nuzlocke so badly, but our PokeBank has yet to open.
