Hello everyone! This is my first game

I am certain that Zeit is waiting for the exact moment when I go to sleep to start the Day and immediately start the first challenge.

No Zeit. It will not happen. I won't sleep until then, so don't wait. We Hufflepuffs are very devoted.

 

I'm going to catch a few hour nap and hope he posts about 7-ish AM EST again rather than trudge through another all-nighter.

It's time for an Immunity Challenge.

Welcome, castaways, to DLP Island. The air is crisp, the land is savage, and the shores are dotted with Harry Potter paraphernalia which would make any fan jealous. Dangerous creatures prowl these jungles, but perhaps the most dangerous of all are your fellow castaways!

You have now been allocated into your two House: erudite Ravenclaw and assiduous Hufflepuff. Acquaint yourself with your fellow housemates, because, if all goes well, you'll be staying with them for a while. They can help you reach the end, or cut you down before you even begin.

We will begin today with a Immunity Challenge: Ultimate Tug-of-War. For this Challenge, you will compete as your two Houses and will be playing, you guessed it - Tug-of-War. Once every hour, each castaway will be allow to "pull" the rope closer to a massive sign bearing the name of his/her House. Players from the opposite House will try to counteract by pulling the rope in the opposite direction.

In twenty four, I will check the status of the rope. The House to whose sign the middle of the rope is closest will win Immunity. Losers will go to Tribal Council, where one of you will be first person eliminated from Survivor: Redemption. However, remember that all eliminated players have a chance to return at the Merge and redeem themselves...

Anyway, here is the rope for Ultimate Tug-of-War:

Once every hour, each of you can move the O one step closer to your tribe's name. After the O is at your House's name, DO NOT QUIT. The other tribe can still make a comeback and win until the time is up.

Now that I'm finally back to a regular sleep schedule(up by 8 in the morning most of the week and good to go online 'til 7 in the evening tonight) and am thinking worth camel spit I thought to check the QT - only to refresh the DLP thread before posting and learn I can't contribute my response over there. Once the challenge is over I'll be getting that resolved.
