Edit: Just asked some of my trader friends. If someone has steam wallet and gives me the tf2 keys, it's 14 Mann Co. Keys for a 4 pack. Comes out to about $8 apiece.

For those still trying I think you can use steam://rungameid/550 to simply launch the game directly. Not really sure though.

 

Stores back up normally, I got it on multiple accounts for folks while they were out of town so they could get it.

 

Not sure if any of you guys are aware, but Left 4 Dead 2 is free for today, in a most likely one time deal. A £50 game for free may be the best offer I've ever seen. Go nuts people!
