Someone summarize the important parts of this gold discussion for me. I'm struggling to see why it matters in any way.

1) Riley started pushing saying he could conftown himself if jailed because he could tell the jail chat something.

2) I pushed him to say whatever he could say to the jail chat.

3) Riley claims town Auditor (gold cop).

4) He claims to have copped the obvtown scum shot.

5) He claims Fonti had 4 gold to start the day.

6) He is not assuming missing gold.

 

Riley claimed Auditor, role that lets him see the amount of gold in a player per Night. Fonti had 4 as of the end of the night (given the action orders in the OP), and only Zennith (1), Titus (1) and Lee (?) have claimed to have any. One might have been used for an unknown DK (Titus strangely dismisses this), or someone who hasnt' said anything could have gotten it (possible scum), or Lee could have gotten 2 since he never said how many gold he got. Saving further speculation until Lee answers my question on that, please keep your thought process on it on your QT till then.

Also, refer to #768 questions.

Finally, I've noticed we seem to have gone completely off-rails thanks to Riley's Claim (on purpose?) Point being we have a little over 7 hours to choose 2 targets, and we seem to have let it fade into the background.

I don't like not knowing what Fonti is, she scares me in Mafia. I'd rather have as much info on her as early as possible than not.

 

I guess my point is there's no way for us to know either way, right? You're not going to take Lucky's word for it, and if scum got a gold and is keeping quiet then we're not going to find out, either. We don't know anything about font's role and guessing whether it was a day ability or not is equally pointless in a closed setup.

 

If you give me a plausible day action, I would consider it.

 

The original point was to keep Titus out of jail because I don't trust her at all, as well as prove I'm town. That fell apart because I stopped giving a fuck about scum and decided to move what knowledge I have forwards in an attempt to get discussion going during what seemed like a lull in posting. At this point the whole plan is moot and I'm just responding to Titus's continual attempts to trip me up or whatever.

 

Even in a closed setup, a claim must pass the "I am not obvscum" test.

 

Why do we need to give you a plausible day action, you have a brain. I'm not going to hold your hand if you won't do the same in return.

As for a plausible Day action, any of 1-9 could be plausible as a Day or Night action.

 

Well this is the first I have heard about you not trusting me.

Your motivation was to conftown yourself and get me whacked. This is not town motivation. Town doesn't seek townfirming. Town seeks to catch scum.

 

I realize 1-9 are on the night actions list but that doesn't meant that one or two couldn't be duplicated for a one-shot day action or something similar.

 

So, I'm honestly curious - beyond "gut feel", what about Titus makes you not trust her?

 

And Town seeks to remove scum, you forget. Doing conftown and scumwhacking at the same time would have been a coup I can live with.
