Titus, are you sure that your message came from ika? (that ika had the ability to send messages?) Because his flip says "Goon". If not, roleblocker is less likely, because:

I am not 100%. It definitely came from scum who was aware of the jailchat. It does sound likeika. It just told me about the jail referring to Citrus and Zennith in the third person.

‘Shot between the eyes’ still seems like Mafia terminology, so if there’s a third party, I’d say ‘disappeared’ fits them more.
What we can also have is a mafia Assassin/Hitman role, a perfect kill that bypasses protections. I doubt they’d waste that on Possum, so if true, it’d likely be what got Rubicon and Fonti.
…I was sure it was ika, it was almost exactly what happened in Avatar: Fonti baited him and he was trigger-happy.
There might be a DK toDay too then – although I want to think that if they can have multiple shots of it, it can only be used once in the same Night-Day cycle. There needs to be some sort of balance here.
I’m not even going to bother with the possibility that all mafias can do it because if so, I don’t see how we can win.

Things like “So what do you want me to say or do to prove to you that I am town and that I am genuinely trying at this damn game?” Because they don’t exactly present and argument, simply the idea that I should accept what you’re saying based on the fact that it upsets you otherwise.
The throwaway comment is just that—my interview focused on Rubicon as a third party. As for the rest, I spoke of what a Citrus lynch might mean and gave a small paragraph about your possible actions. The fact that you got annoyed over something so small makes me suspicious.

…I have no freakin’ idea, and it’s annoying the hell out of me.

Quick brainstorm:

Rubicon was a strong scumhunter, no matter what I may have thought of his alliances, so it’s obvious why Scum would want to be rid of him…but I thought for sure there were so many more appealing targets.

Zennith, the jailkeeper who could protect the pseudo-townfirmed two-voter any Night. We were all expecting him to go.
Luckylee, the self-proclaimed vigilante with 2 shots. He was another obvious threat and target, especially if he got the chance to townfirm himself. The idea that maybe they tried to frame him no longer works when he himself claims he didn’t freakin’ take any shots.
Even Citrus, reasonably townfirmed himself by PoE after ika flipped scum. It’s a lot easier to turn people against Rubi than it would be against Citrus, plus in killing him last Night, a lot of doubt would be shed on Zennith and Titus.

Any of these would have been a better target than Rubicon, unless one of them were scum. My guess on that is Lucky, but my paranoia would also have me looking at Citrus, just in case.

There’s also the chance scum assumed they’d be protected, I suppose. Didn’t want to take a 1 in 3 (1 in 2?) chance. Or maybe they did with their NK, and it failed.

And on Rubi, we’re back to the Assassination possibility. …Argh. We have nothing concrete pointing in any specific direction.

Let’s look at it in a different way. What did Rubicon did to ear himself an NK or a Soup, over the other 3.

His last, long wall, summarized:

The reason he was killed over the others is likely here, and logically, it would only be in the Changes he’s made on his view.
There’s been two.

First on Moridin, he went from seeing him as Townish, to Scum. Going by Citrus’ idea that this was a fearkill, that’d mean Moridin is responsible, obviously.
I don’t know if that makes sense, however.
Moridin is an experienced player, he had to have known doing this would turn eyes to him. Not to mention he was one of the 3 (Irdium, Custer, Moridin) set to be killed off in the Night, unless he had a way of knowing that he’d be protected, or Lee blocked, or that Lee wouldn’t shoot pull the fuckin’ trigger (no, I’m not willing to let that go just now, sorry). Assuming he knew none of this, he had no reason to expect being around come Daybreak, and no reason to fearkill. Maybe he wanted to take him down with him.
Or maybe he knew that we knew that it’d be too obvious a move, but screw that, it’s Monday and I’m not doing that level of WIFOM just yet. You’re all welcome to speculate.

The other reason why someone would go for Rubicon is because they got what they wanted from him, and then we turn to Blab.
If you’re Scum, and one of the strongest players in Town declares publicly that he was wrong about you and that you’re Town, this is likely the best time you’re going to get to NK him: With him singing your praises.
You kill him now, you let the rest do what they will, before he has a chance to change his mind.
I don’t know that this happened, but personally I find it more likely than Moridin. Feel free to disagree.

What I want now is cases on Blab, and cases on Moridin. I believe our Scum is between those two, and I want to know what you see in them.

Also, let's suppose for a moment that Zennith is the obv kill. Wouldn't Zennith also be the obv heal? If scum have a lot of OP PRs then, it makes sense we'd have a doctor. The doctor heals Zennith, eliminating the scum kill.

Then all we have left is the third party, who scum knew existed from the start.
