I put what seems to be the most use for town. Basically, what seems like it would be useless for scum, but useful for town. 'Watch' seemed to fit that description. Unfortunately, I told Prophy to put Bulletproof for sale today BEFORE I knew about Luckylee's ability.

 

I'm not sure what to make of this. I'll await the mod decision. This merchant claim makes no sense.

How is it useful? etc.
