I don't want it. Please don't, stop it. I don't need you to do that. No Daddy no. Exaggerated, but that was the gist, asking everyone to not post about him leaving FFN, repeatedly. Repeatedly.

Having rechecked it, he updated it again and now you have the latest chapter, which is a much tamer version saying he is going to AO3.

The first update was a cry for attention though, so much so I can see why he would of updated to the current version. Much nicer, only asking for privacy.

On another note, I haven't really checked out AO3 before, but a lot of authors seem to be making the switch. Might have to give the site a good once over to see if there is anything worth while to read.

Alot of quality ASoIF fics have come from AO3.

Synchronicity is one of those borderline fics. It straddles that line of "What the fuck is this shit. Get the fuck out" and "Wow thats a good execution of the concept."

I think I've read it before. Unfortunately thats a downside since I dont actually remember anything good or stand outs from it. On the other hand, i dont remember anything bad about it either. I'd stick in the "When I have some time to kill" category.

It's a little off-topic, but instead of dancing around the subject we can just say it and move on: The author of Ouroboros claims admins were using their position to harass him. You can find more details in the latest chapter on that site he moved to. It's honestly not that big of a deal, whether it's true or not. I'm pretty sure ff.net's admins are volunteers who receive no pay, so it's not like any alternative site is potentially going to be any better - volunteer moderation is how the internet works.

The whole Sasuke discussion got me thinking about fics where he is the main character. This is probably the best of the bunch that I've found. It's Sasufemnaru, but the main focus seems to be on shinobi politics and such.

lol. That actually is one of the better Sasuke centric stories I've come across.

 

Afraid not. Sasuke-centric stories are typically crap. This is one of those stories that is actually readable and enjoyable. Its by no means a 5/5. But its enjoyable.

Posted it mainly in regards to the conversation that had been happening earlier.

That said, it seems like you only read the initial opening and did not bother to read the entire fic. I've read a lot of stories that use the same technique, but still greatly enjoyed it. For the most part I've found it unneeded to put that in there as the story makes it obvious, but it might help out other newer readers.

The story is also more enjoyable to me than several of the other stories posted in this thread which is why I posted it. Shattered Eyes for example or Uchiha Fukurou.

Edit: In regards to Sree, honestly it depends on what you are looking for. Sasuke's character lightens up somewhat, but he is still a darker character. The story starts to pick up more when he returns to konoha in about chapter seven.

Unfortunately, my archive isn't updated with the Other Fandoms section of the Library so I'm unable to help. The fic in question has had 2 chapters online for years now, so it's unlikely that a full version is floating around.
