There is no Spirit Talker, it's only a spirit tracker which records the fifth and sixth dead townies' track. We can figure out alignments via the jailor communicating with people (based on who becomes a jailor).

I hate what Rubicon is doing. If we have the time, I want to lynch him.

First off, we are lynching today. Protector/blackmail is not very strong - protector can fuck with town's jailing and blackmail can be used for WIFOM and it's more likely going to make it hard for someone to communicate than effect what they say. Other games it's scarier because it can do things like fuck with someone's votes etc. Also penalty is arguably not that bad this game, and would be used more for WIFOM possibly too.

Lynching forces people to take stances. Also if we grab scum that's perfect, plus we need to get to Detective/Watcher as soon as possible. THE ONLY WAY SPIRIT TALKER CAN COMMUNICATE IS BY GETTING DETECTIVE/WATCHER REPORTS. If we don't lynch we give scum more time to target and kill spirit talker at night, and then we lose all of the use of that PR. Worst case scenario we mislynch town today and tomorrow, we get a spirit talker report in tomorrow. If we don't lynch today and then mislynch tomorrow, we lose a night's report. And obviously lynching scum is optimal

Rubicon, even I don't have absolute faith in Sloth being town and even he wants to be lynched if we can't pull anything else so I don't know where you're getting this from.

Also, my vote on Maiden was totally RVS. So make of that what you will.

 

Whoever is lynched, if they're scum we got scum.

If we mislynch town, we can vote train analyze AND we accelerate to PR #2, which is the biggest use of the Spirit Talker. Worry about slowing the game down after we get there, not before. I think you have a better grasp on the mechanics than you're showing here and I don't know why you're playing dumb

Okay Sloth...Keep in mind this is a HOLIDAY and I've been playing on the phone for the most part. This is the first chance I've had to type something up on my laptop.

The part about scumhunting not happening is pure bullshit. I know it's friggin pointless as Lyrium said to outright ask if someone is scum at this point. Instead I lured scum out into posting with the hopes of giving town more info. Scum hunting isn't always "please scum give me info to work with"...OMG...if that's all you think scum hunting is I would HATE to see some of the other games.

You know what's beneficially to scum? Putting the fucking deadline at 4am est.

 

It's the biggest fucking advantage we can get this game AND it's completely negated should we lose both spirit tracker's. Fucking lynch me if we have to, but I strongly strongly believe a lynch should occur today.

I am ok with a Maiden lynch today, I need more time to think about Sloth said without a fucking headache and Rubicon won't get lynched in the next hour. Yes that's exactly what Font did, yes I have a very strong town read on him this game AND it mirrors my thoughts and thus I'm perfectly comfortable sheeping right now.
