How are you guys feeling about these Tsukkomu's on mangahere, these post-its that one can leave in the middle of the pages? At times, mostly in more popular manga, like that cooking manga they are really annoying with the obligatory and retarded"would bang/rape her" post-its that clog up the pages but in stuff like Baby Steps and Kingdom, I really enjoy them, as they tend to be more funny and creative. Not always, of course, there are more than enough duds there as well, but generally worth enough to let them on.

Gamer is kind of in the middle on that, with some good stuff but so much of it that one can barely read anything at times.

 

... I stopped noticing those years ago, my eyes automatically filter them out unless I'm consciously aware of them (e.g. while reading The Company's ToG releases).

 

lol, they are that old? I noticed them 2 weeks ago or so, thought they were relatively new xD

 

There are some that are pretty good, but I don't keep them on because the best mangas are just filled with 'bang her' like types.

 

A new barrage of Kingdom chapters. New generals have appeared and things are getting heated for once.

I just hope the gift that Ten is supposed to be isn't what is implied there. If that is the case, all of them need to die painfully.

...I hadn't even considered that. I was thinking that it was purely for removing their strategist and gaining a bargaining chip and information source. If it's not, then damn. The Hi Shin are gonna rampage.

Dunno, with his expression and the way he was introduced, that's the implication that I picked up. I hope that is not the case since despite this being a manga about warfare where a lot of people die, it has been relatively positive and energetic, and I really don't feel like a rape scenario was necessary at all here.

If that is his intention, I hope the Hi Shin Unit curbstomps their way through to them before anything happens to Ten.

New Baby Steps chapter as well. Seems to be one tough fight ahead. Just hope this one wraps up faster than the last one.

 

It probably won't extend beyond the threat if it comes to it.

 

Re Kingdom: ... Huh. I guess that's one way to resolve the love triangle if it comes down to that. But cerebus syndrome (am I getting the trope right?) is seldom a good thing so I'm hoping for a curbstomp instead.

 

I don't think it will come to that in Kingdom, but the threat is pretty clear. But I do want to see the Hi Shin Unit on a rampage like never seen before.

Although I do feel like the Fire Dragons were an asspull just to make this confrontation bigger. Hope he kills these at least, I'm tired of seeing the big shots at it mercilessly and almost no one dying.

 

With this threat, no way they live. At the very least, this general and his second are going to die.

Never seemed like a love triangle to me, Shin and Kyoukai seem more obvious. That one female subordinate of the super strategist whose name I forgot seemed to have some interest in Ten though...

 

As did Heki.

 

Shin and Kyoukai keeps going back and forth between romance and bromance, but it always seems to end in bromance (see Kyoukai's confusion on babies). Ten, on the other had, has had rather obvious designs on Shin pretty much since since the beginning.

 

I honestly don't remember. All that comes to mind was how she was starting to feel left behind by Shin and Sei and decided to become a strategist.

 

Ugh, Kingdom is awesome right now. But, it seems the translations finally got up with the raws (just a few more chapters). So the update rates will probably slow down significantly now.

 

latest ToG chapter is up and the author is taking his long expected hiatus from now till the second week of june

yeah a bold statement in saying he's gonna reclaim his old life and all, but unfortunately nothing's gonna remove that thorn floating beside him and that's pretty much all the FUG care about at this point
