I agree liking a person isn't enough for you to write them off as scum otherwise it'd be impossible to scum hunt as I like almost everyone and as soon as this game is complete I'd be friends with those people. LOL It'd be impossible. And I agree it makes it hard. I do admit I did skim some of the earlier posts for perceptions and that sometimes it's more difficult to filter so I auto default to anything that is about the game e.g. how many scum to ignore those posts. Trying to find that convo now is really hard. I understand that if you think I'm derping that I'd be scum. I just hope you give me the chance to prove to you that I'm not scum. If you do lynch me and I flip town, which I will then, maybe my reads will give you some indication.

 

Sloth, you were wrong about Maiden last game. In fact, I'd say you have a hard time reading female mafia players in general.

Maiden needs to do what Snowvon needs to do, prove their townieness or face a silver bullet. Right now she's higher up then everyone else mentioned.

Translation there are two wolves and I really messed up and have to readjust since there obviously isn't a trifecta...Since Lyrium and Sloth corrected my fuck up they are probably town which leaves Ika and Maiden likely scum.

Snowvon, I was the one who said there were easy targets but it no longer remains that when the target doesn't get back in here and defend themselves and also Other.

In the list of four or so people up for lynching, she seems to be providing the least content. It's not a strong lynch but if a player doesn't show up then what are they adding in general to the game beyond lurker-ness.

MathBlade, if you have some time please re-read and tell me why Ika and Maiden are the scum team. Also an alternative scum team?

@Snowvon, I have no clue what you mean by "i'll tell you later" suspicions. I hate it when people use that, but when I do, I always make good on my word and state why in clear and consice tersm. I really hope you were talking about Lyrium or ika when you said that.

And fyi: other lurkers, anyone can go down in the time we have. Last game we pulled off a lynch in the last 3-4 hours. So if you seem disposable then don't be surprised when you're placed on the guillotine for it.

 

That will take some time. We have time before then...I really need to focus on this coding a bit and grab some dinner. Would by 9 pm be acceptable? (4 hours from now)

Could you explain the evolution of your Sloth read between #351 and #394? Originally, you call him your top scum read for aggression. Then in #394 you say you hope he's not scum because that would mean your town reads were wrong - implying he's a town read. What happened to change your mind?

In #397 you put TerRaine as one of your top scum reads. In #434 you drop her off the list but I don't think you explained why. What changed your mind? Actually, your interactions with TerRaine kind of look like scum interactions with a buddy, like when you ask her "Do you have anything to add besides barning Sloth's reads?" and then just say "ok cool" to her answer. At one point you just say you're bumping her to townier because she made a read wall, but I can't figure out why.

I went through and made a list of your scum reads, and they're literally all 4 most suspected players except Sloth. (that is, ika, Snowvon, Maiden, and TerRaine w/ your TerRaine read being waffly)

Another point about your reads is that they seem to copy other players. For example, your points about Sloth basically just rehash what other people had said, in your own words. Which is odd: there's not much analysis coming from you.

You're also scum-reading Snowvon in #397 because you say "many of his recent postings don't embody a town mindset". Which ones, and why?

I'd also like to know your take on Atum.

Dermon is null. He has good posts but I don't see any stances that are affected by alignment. I could see myself saying the same things as town or scum.
